Don't allow your guides to show up to tours wearing fishing shirts and note cards on the stories. Every other tour I've ever been on the guides get into the experience.. We paid for a haunted pub crawl and got a guy that looked like he just walked up off the street with some stores on a peice of paper. If after 3 weeks your guides don't have the stories somewhat memorized.. there may be an issue. This is a haunted pub crawl, not a walking tour. We were told to run in and grab our drinks at every stop and if someone needed a restroom break they should have someone else order their drinks. Its not what you say, its how you say it. This really set the tone for what does not sound like a fun exeperience. We didn't even stay for the tour and the company refused to refund our money. Horrible customer service.

The haunted pub crawl was a really good time. Our guide Craig was good, had personal stories related to the stops, he could have maybe kept things moving along a little better, but still very nice. The group we had was alot of fun to be with!!

The tour guide did not show up. When I called, he said he had no record of my booking and blamed Me for booking with a 3rd party. He made no attempt to apologize or figure out how to refund me. Yelled at me because he was out to dinner with his family, kept saying he couldn’t hear me so I hung up. I then texted him a screenshot of my reservation confirmation. He responded saying that he was trying to figure it out with me but I hung up! When were we’re on the phone he just kept telling me that he didn’t know how to fix it and that he couldn’t hear me. I was beyond shocked at how he treated me and spoke to me. I understand that a scheduling mistake was made at some point, I’m a reasonable person. But at no time did he offer an apology or seem to genuinely care about anything other than defending himself and blaming me. We ended up running into another tour company that was beginning a tour later in the night and had a wonderful time. Do not book here…

Our route took us through some of the prettiest parts of Historic Savannah and into some really nice taverns. Craig’s tour was well-paced, informative and humorous!

He was the best haunted tour guide! Knew everything about the Savannah history and the haunted history, and some of Savannah’s awesome bars to get drinks at before the next story! Craig is a wonderful person and keeps it interesting and fun. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!!

Only stopped at 3-4 pubs..... lots of old history with a few personal stories added for good measure.

We have done two Haunted Pub Tours in Savannah and this one was considerably inferior. It wasn't bad, it was just... meh. The guide started it all off with a rant about online reviews and how biased they can be. Sounds like he has had more than one bad review... Our first haunted pub tour was from Cool Savannah Tours and Carrie was an excellent guide. She was funny, irreverent and full of fascinating information about the city. She made the experience memorable and I hoped we would have the same experience with Full Moon. We didn't. Instead of going inside Moon River Brewing company and touring the creepy upstairs, we stood across the street while our guide told us second-hand stories of hauntings that were much more interesting when we heard the same tales while standing in the spot where those events took place. One member of our party of ten was hobbling along on a broken leg but the guide seemed oblivious to this fact. After 90 minutes and about two miles of walking, we had only dropped into two pubs. We left the tour and created our own pub tour. It was much more enjoyable.
