Horrible, contratamos esta excursión por internet, nos mandaron estar a las 8 de la mañana en la playa de Abu Dabbab, nos desplazamo nosotros mismo hasta ahí, no había nadie, preguntamos por teléfono y decían que ya vendría alguien. Luego, otro operador de la agencia después de insistir por Whatsapp, nos dice que lo que incluye el tour es simplemente ir a la caseta de la playa y pillar las gafas y las aletas para hacer snorkel por nosotros mismos, sin guía ni nada, cuando decía claramente que tendríamos guía. Horrible todo, para eso hubiéramos ido nosotros mismos a la playa y nos hubieramos ahorrado los 58 euros por cabeza.

We didn’t go there en cancelled on time so we get are full money back but we received half of the money. Ik contacted Viator multiple times but no response! Do not recommend it!
