Highly recommend you do not go to this park . To say it’s dirty is understatement. It’s pretty bad as you are trying to check in to the cabana you spent 399 dollars on and the attendant warns you it was dirty yesterday. Please do not waste your $$ coming here . To top off our experience, we had a snake in the cabana . Not every worker has a device to call for help. God forbid they have a big emergency. I was told to flag someone down in white shirt . It took 20 minutes to get someone to try to help. They sent children who gave it about 2 min of their time before they gave up. We left . Never will return .

While the slides were awesome, they were the only good part of the experience. The wave pool didn't work (just a big HOT pool crammed with people), and several slides were just randomly shut down during the day. They also closed off portions of the lazy river during the day, again for no apparent reason. They decided to close the park early for "inclement weather" when the weather threat was over HOURS earlier in the day. The employees were downright rude, and the place was DIRTY. Prices were beyond ridiculous ($9.99 for a kids meal that had FOUR chicken nuggets and a handful of fries), and to top it off they randomly add a 5% "surcharge" to all food prices. Don't bother with the quick queue. You still have to wait in line for either the float or the slide so you don't really save much time. Employees also didn't monitor the lines so if you entered the quick queue line (where one existed) the other guests assumed you were cutting line and would shove past when it was your turn to go. All day dining is another total sham. With the lines and incredibly rude and slow service, you'd have to spend your whole time at the park eating to even break even. First & LAST visit. I renewed my Universal passes as soon as I got back to the hotel.

View dirty park and the bathrooms were awful!! Half the slides were closed! Trash overflowing from trash cans. I will never go back even if it was free. I did not complain while I was there but yuck. The food was terrible we bought a food pass Do not waste your money!

Crowded, unsupervised teens, line cutting, inappropriate language and swimwear a.k.a people walking around in socks, shorts halfway down their butt, Lazy River had plenty of debris, large groups of teens helping themselves to food they didn’t order or pay for, clogged drains throughout park creating unsanitary bodies of water.

Either the park is understaffed or mismanaged as on several occasions the ride lines were unsupervised and travel path/directions a minimal at best, and mostly non-existent which resulted in a lot of confusion. Don't waste your $$ on the unlimited quick-queue pass. It doesn't work for the Wahoo Remix or the Rapids Racier (at least that was what the lifeguards told us) even when the on-line explanation of the unlimited pass says one run for each. Also, for all the other rides for which you could use the unlimited quick-queue pass there was no employees there to integrate the non-pass and pass patrons. Which basically meant the non-pass people were not going to let you integrate into the line that they had to wait in. This also allowed for the many unsupervised kids, pre-teens, and Pi Kappa Idiots to attempt to cut lines...which only exshaorbated the situation. Drainage and flow is an issue resulting in stagnant pools of water throughout the park. Don't expect the lazy river to be a relaxing experience...it isn’t. First off...its a free-for-all for any open tubes floating around (no one tells you this). Then there are the unsupervised kids who could easily crack a head and possibly float unconsciously by the lifeguards stationed along the rides path unnoticed in the gaggle of tubes and unaware adults.

I took my teens boys to the park and everyone agreed the rides were mediocre at best. I purchased the all day meal ticket for each one of us….DO NOT WASTE YOUR $!!! I waited for 45 minutes to place my order and another 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got my food all of the order was not present and I was told I had to go back to the ordering window. Poor customer service!!!! Also there were several areas around the park that had a sewer smell. If I had to do this over I would definitely choose a different water park.

This Place Is Amazing. It Really Doesn’t Matter What Age You Are. I Would Say Just Make It An All Day Family Event. Can’t Wait To Go Back!

My daughter and husband took there 3 and 8 year old to the park. Only after entering where they inform the lack of water in the park and what was open was for children ages 3-5 years old. The eight year old got hurt while at the park and needed medical attention. They have a medical emergency room on site. The child is autistic and got nervous. Instead of trying to be understanding the family was thrown out of the facility. The family went home and past the rest of their Sunday in their home pool.

Dirty. Crowded. Employees don’t want to be there - and neither do you. Left after one hour and will never go back. Ever…..

It wasn't that busy on a weekday, and the rides were very fun! If you are in Tampa, this is a great place to go!
