Not all passengers will be suitable to snorkel, and our experienced crew have the discretion to advise against snorkelling if deemed not suitable for the activity. This is for the safety of the passenger. Please be advised snorkelling can be a strenuous physical activity, even in calm water and that older people are at an increased risk of death and/or injury due to a higher incidence of medical conditions made worse by physical exertion, such as heart disease and stroke. The decks of the vessels are multi levels and can be slippery when wet. Passengers must have good mobility to safely move around the vessels, step onto the glass bottom boats (if applicable) and get in and out of the water via the ladders on the back of the vessels. Unfortunately, we do not offer wheelchair access due to the layout of the decks and saloon areas. Our tours are adventure experiences for active travellers. Please choose your tour carefully to ensure it is suitable for your experience, age and physical health.

Simply a great day, great crew, beautiful waters and coral. The crew of Jeremy, Maura, and Jake were really superbly knowledgeable and sincere in the attention to us as visitors. Would do again in a heartbeat.

Thanks to Mobi, Liz and Jake for a great outing with the crew to the Low Isles which included a Snorkel tour, Isand tour and a sunset criuse on return. They were great hosts, very attentive and very informative. Food and dirnks were also top quality and far better than we had anticipated.

We recently returned from our tour. We were a family of 4- 2 adults and 2 children (ages 5 & 8). I just wanted to share that we had a wonderful time. The boat was excellent, the quality of the wetsuits etc were fantastic, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the food was great. I would not hesitate to recommend your company and I hope to return again one day.

We have done this amazing tour, and we had the best time. These are just a few things that we loved: • The check-in area in Port Douglas marina is very cosy and well decorated. it feels like we are in a high-end hotel. • All the staff involved were super nice and welcoming from the very start, making us feel very welcome. They are super professional and compent. We felt really special the way everyone treated us. • Tour with small groups, which makes a huge difference to the overall experience. • The food was delicious, and the boat was amazing and very comfortable. • The places we visited were simply paradise. • Sunset time with the perfect set from the food to the drinks All the service was outstanding, and we had an incredible experience we will never forget. Thank you to Cooper Josephine and Jake for this incredible experience.

My husband and I booked the afternoon snorkeling and sailing cruise on July 6. Erin, Kelly and Jake were wonderful. They chatted with us, made sure we had everything we needed, and we’re just so personable throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend.

We were so chuffed to find a smaller tour to visit the reef. Walking past the massively long lines to get on the big boats, we were welcomed onboard a very comfortable catamaran. The lunch was good with a lot of selection. Snorkelling was ok....we've snorkelled a lot and we wouldn't rave about the site chosen. Thankfully we were off the island before the big boats came in with their hoards of people. Swimming off the back of the boat was heaps of fun. Moby was a fabulous host for the day.

We had a great time on the Low Isles. Unfortunately we had an overcast day so the colours didn’t “pop” but we were able to swim with the Green Sea Turtles, Black Tip Reef Sharks and a huge range of fish. The staff (Seiara, Kelly and Mel) were awesome and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and holy you get this crew! We preferred this trip over the Outer Reef trip a couple of years back mainly because of less travel.

An absolutely fantastic experience and the best thing we have done on our trip to Port Douglas. From the moment we boarded the yacht the staff made us feel welcome providing a relaxed and calm experience from the very first moment. The trip out to Low Isles was just brilliant with all sails up. The snorkelling was amazing with corals, fish and a sea turtle completing the experience. The guides had great knowledge about the local area and shared this through out the day. The return trip was nothing short of perfection. A glass of wine, the sun setting over the mountains, and a lovely crew to share all this with. We will be back to Port Douglas, and we will be back to Sailaway.

Highly recommend Sailaway for a trip out to the Great Barrier Reef and sunset cruise home. The catermaran was beautiful and not overcrowded. We had great food and cold drinks (beer, wine, bubbles etc). But it was the crew that made the experience what it was. Captain Jake and guides Cooper and Erin were amazing. They were knowledgeable about the boat, sailing and the Reef itself. Nothing was a problem and they were the perfect hosts. As guides they were mindful of the group they had and catered for all ages and experience in the water which made me feel comfortable as I am not a strong swimmer. They're knowledge of the Reef made the trip informative and the little tour Erin provided of the island gave us insight into the history of the Low Isles. The trip could have been very different if not for Erin, Cooper and Jake. Thanks team for making our first trip to the Great Barrier Reef a positive one. I can't comment on the other providers, but you can't go wrong with Sailaway 👌
