The tour starts at the Arenal Observatory Lodge on the southwest side of the Arenal volcano. The lodge has a panoramic view of the Volcano, Arenal Lake and the Tilaran Mountain Range which is the continental division line of Costa Rica. After arriving at the lodge, you will go on a hike for about 3 hours and will get the adrenaline of crossing two hanging bridges. Afterwards, you will head to a natural hot spring river where you will be able to relax and swim for about 1.5 hours. You will make your way back to the lodge in time to see the sunset over the lake before returning to La fortuna.
