Tanya our coach driver was great. She sprinkled 20 minute sessions of information on the indigenous people, geology and history of the area throughout the ride. There were two roadhouse stops that were a lot of fun, each about 30 minutes in length where you could get a bite and soak up the vibe. A third stop allowed for picture taking of Mt. Connor. Overall a very nice ride in a nice coach.

I'm glad that I had read suggestions to take this trip over land rather than by air. It gave us the experiences of the flora, fauna, animals, colors of the outback. In all, it is the only way to go! The driver was personable and there were adequate stops enroute.

This convenient and interesting shuttle trip by coach is daily, leaving from your hotel in Alice Springs early in the morning and arriving in Ayers Rock about noon. There are two worthwhile stops en route to use toilets, buy food and drinks, and buy other stuff. A purchase of a fly net to keep flies off your face is highly recommended during the warmer weather seasons.

I was told there is a pick up service, but it wasn's clear enough to understand.

"Once your purchase is complete, we will send you complete contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) for our local operator to organize pick-up arrangements."

Viator didn't give me any contact information, and kept on asking my hotel information which I have provided repeatedly. Then, they told me they can only pick us up 12 minutes away walking distance just night before departed.

They pretend as if they listen me, but they just stop to reply. This is worst experience ever I will never use again!!

Ótima opção de transfer do aeroporto para hotel. Meu voo de ida para Ayers Rocks atrasou, avisei a eles, e quando cheguei não tive nenhum problema. Eles me aguardaram. Excelente empresa. Super recomendo.

    No problems here

We opted to fly into Alice Springs and take this ride to Ayers Rock which turned out to be a really good choice. In fact this is more of a transport than a tour but it doesn't feel that way. The driver was wonderful and told us along the way about the history of the area and about the cattle farms and their owners. We stopped at a little place for snacks where you could ride a camel if you wanted to nobody did. Then we stopped at a salt flat for pictures. The scenery along the way was great and you get a true sense of just how isolated the area really is. I can certainly see where the Outback gets its name!

Tania was informative and a good driver. We enjoyed our trip to Uluru. AAT Kings do a good service with a smile.

very informative commentary and comfortable coach. Driver was very pleasant and made it a nice drive. Took almost 6 hours but you have stops on the way for food and picture opportunities. It did not feel a long drive and you were dropped off outside your hotel.
