I arranged through my hotel a small group tour of the city. In the morning my tour had 18 people. I do not consider that to be small group. While on the tour bus, our guide choose to sing Western songs to us, instead of explain about the city, culture, history, etc. We had to wait outside in the pouring rain while another bus of people joined us. All around this was a huge disappointment. Stay away.
