It was unforgetable experience in the cruise: very delicious seefood welcome Buffet,all workers there are very friendly, cruise Manager Tom is friendly clever and very helpful.The guestroom is amazing.

It was an amazing experience! Ha Long Bay is beautiful and the place visited were stunning. The boat was very good, and the crew very helpful and excellent! The cabin with private balcony was also a big plus!

The trip was great! The shuttle transfer was convenient and comfortable! The food was decent and the lunch buffet was particularly good! Loved the excursions to Sung Sot Cave, Titop Island, and we even got to see monkeys while kayaking through the water cave! Highly recommend!

This whole trip was so much fun. It has all the ingredients we were looking for a family vacation, including luxury treatment, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful sceneries, fun activities, great food, crew hospitality, smooth transportation. We have already been thinking about coming back again.

The shuttle to the cruise was smooth. Our room was very spacious and had a jacuzzi. The bathroom was big and well stocked. The lunch buffet was so good! The dinner was ok. The excursions were great and we saw monkeys at the water cave!!! The service was excellent and Tom our guide was very good. Our AC started leaking on the first night, but the staff was prompt in wiping up the water and helping us fix it. Definitely would recommend this cruise.

We took the one-day tour. Nice cruise with three floors, tasty lunch and fruit at tea time, friendly staff. Hang long bay is worth a visit. The 5-hour tour included activities of sightseeing on cruise, bamboo boat or kayak, and a bit hiking to see the cave with limestones. The tour added good memory to this trip.

Had a wonderful time on the cruise. Tom the manager on the aquamarine cruise was welcoming and friendly and a great tour guide. The activities were plenty and the trip to and from ha long bay were well organised and comfortable. The team had no problem helping us with any issues!
