We very much enjoyed the Blue Mountain tour, especially our driver / guide Adam, who provided a lot of good information and had a great sense of humour. The tour is a full day trip, which drives through / tours the western suburbs of Syndey, provides a comprehensive tour of the Blue Mountains area, as well as visiting the wildlife park, and providing a great view of the western suburbs / Sydney from a ~1 hour boat tour down the Paramatta river to Sydney. Having done a city tour the day before, this tour provided a good perspective on the suburbs / natural forest area surrounding the city.

Our driver/tour guide Adam was great! He sounded genuinely interested in what he shared with us though a little bias about life in the Big city of Sydney and the "slaves" that went to work there every day. You could tell he was more in favor of the outdoors and Blue Mountain life. He took us to some great lookouts throughout the region during our day trip and gave us great insights into the region. He also tried to keep us ahead of the "bus crowds" and that made the time more enjoyable. The lunch break was at a great hotel restaurant with delicious food choices and a cold beer!( cost of beer was on us). The only thing not really good about the trip was the ferry trip back to Sydney. The boat was crowded with several hundred people and fairly slow and they never narrated what we were seeing as we headed back to Circular Quay. Good weather made the first part of the trip very enjoyable and we were able to see a lot of the Blue Mountains area.

Fabulous trip from start to finish. Guide, Steve very knowledgeable but not heavy going. Lovely boat trip to end day.

  • 11-Mar-2020

We do not have a perfect weather during our tour but our tour guide made sure that we still enjoy the trip. Kudos to Adam for his effort and making it fun and enjoyable.

  • 10-Mar-2020

We had a rainy, cloudy day but our tour guide, Kulan, made it worthwhile with his knowledge of the area and surroundings. Loved the falls and what we could see of the 3 sisters. Train ride down was fun.

  • 09-Mar-2020

Following the horrendous fires, we didn't know what to expect but the tour and guide were wonderful! Nothing was rushed. Found out things about mining we hadn't known before for this area. It was very inclusive.

  • 06-Mar-2020

This was an awesome tour, got to see a lot of cool things. Unfortunately the rainy weather destroyed some of the views, but our driver Bob was amazing at adjusting the schedule so we could see as much as possible. If you are looking to get out of the city and see some nature, this tour is for you. My favorite part was hand feeding kangaroos at the wildlife park! The railway and cable car at scenic world were fun, but couldn't see that much through all the mist.

  • 05-Mar-2020

Bad weather meant that we could not enjoy this trip. Visibility was extremely poor,
Our driver\guide tried hard to make our day worthwhile which on balance he achieved.
Looking at the post cards this trip could be excellent on a fine day!

  • 04-Mar-2020

Early start 6.45am but there is a lot to do . Guide driver was Adam McCae. So enthusiastic about nature it was infectious. Went out of his way to get us great views of the three sisters and blue mountain and helped take photos for everyone. Blue mountain is stunning. Scenic trip with cable cars was great and walk through old mining area. If you like breath taking scenery the morning is for you. Lunch was simple but enough to keep you going. Afternoon to the animal sanctuary - huge selection of birds, kangaroos, koala bears , penguins, dingoes etc. From there river boat ride back to Sydney. Great day out.

The tour was amazing. Robert was so knowledgeable and informative, as well as looking out for our safety. The steepest railway at Scenic Railway was so fun. The views were breathtaking. Would highly recommend this tour!
