The trip was shocking - an optimal strategy for seeing all of Dubai. We went to places we would never have found. The helper was phenomenal but the pre-visit head was the in my issue - the get time changed with a short warning. also, especially due to your neighborhood escort Jasim is such an unprecedented individual.

My favourite part of the experience was the absolute exceptional and efficient service I received from our travel agent Sumit. He was well informed, professional and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that we were all happy with our tour packages. He even stayed passed his work time to help us with our travel enquiries. It's been a week that we have been trying to reach someone to resolve the issue. So basically we booked this cruise online. On the day, we had to change our hotel due to logistical issue and informed on the whatsapp. We received a confirmation that we will be picked up from the updated hotel. We were ready and kept waiting, however, the driver was never updated by Rayna and he went to the other hotel. We waited for almost an hour, no one from Rayna picked up our calls and kept giving vague information on whatsapp. We were then asked to take a taxi and reach the marina. We were given the number of the cruise manager and told that he would resolve our issue. The cruise manager passed the buck and said he wasn't responsible. As the tickets were non refundable, we were asked to take a taxi and reach on our own and that they would reimburse. We spent 65 dirhams and reached the marina, on asking the manager there, he refused to help and reimburse. It's been a week that I am trying to get a proper response, but it's been futile! When my package included pick up, it's not my fault that your team lacks communication and even after confirming that we would be picked up from our updated hotel details, we were not picked up! I DEMAND A REIMBURSEMENT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
