  Very nice. I did get very dirty during the tour but we were able to clean off. ( I did wear swim suit + shorts and swim shoes)

  We book the ATV'S the guy from transportation left us because he said he could not accommodate our group of 26 that booked. He was there at 8am and we was booked at 11am. I then got an email from another driver who stated he would be there at 11 am and he was. Once we got there we was notified that they didn't have any ATV'S and was very rude. We never got to ride the ATV'S. I would like a refund for the ATV'S.

  We were first told to be picked up 2 hours early with no understanding and communication from driver who then left and came back and tried to get us all to go early instead. Once we arrived we were told that there is only 3 atvs it was 19 of us ! Horrible time.

  The worst please listen to the reviews, they picked us up a hour late! And rushed the tour as soon we got to one place we had 10 minutes before they move on to the next please save your money and book with someone else I wish I had listen to the reviews l!

  They never came to pick us up. We waited outside of the resort for 45 minutes. They never contacted us. I message them and they stated they were doing maintenance and needed to reschedule the following day we were leaving.

  Well we made a reservation and when I had my Spanish speaking friend call and get the address because it was not listed on the confirmation they found reservation and told us that instead of 1:00 we were supposed to come in 220 and we were already driving from Boca chica so that was already a long drive and we already had plans set up for dinner that evening and needed to get back within a certain time frame. I explained to my friend that in America when you make a reservation that's typically the time you are expected to receive the service so I said let's go early anyways. I understand Island time. I've been to many islands and I have been to the Dominican eight times so I get it. But with that distance and pre-existing reservations for that evening we had to make our time work and we got there the guy with the clipboard was more than willing to accommodate us and I really appreciate that we signed waivers and then hopped into the buggies. I am very thankful for that. Now some of the gas and brake pedals were extremely hard to maneuver and I feel like I was going to crash but the mud and the scenery and the activities were very nice I wish we had more time at the beach and I wish that they were not so many people trying to hound you to buy something all the time or to give the money. And the food vendors at the beach don't let you know that you only have 15 minutes when you first walk up so you can't sit there and wait for a big meal. And I found it dangerous that the locals especially the children were standing in the route of the buggies begging for money. I know the company cannot do anything about that but it was heartbreaking and it is extremely dangerous.

  The bus picked up right on time, everyone was extremely nice and friendly the entire time. They gave clear instructions on all the equipment then the entertainment and adventure was amazing. 10/10.

  Rating a one star simply because it never happened! Got an email saying that the transportation from the hotel would be at my lobby at 1:50, which was a red flag since I chose the 1:30 ATV ride. I got to the front of the hotel early at 1:30. Several transportation companies came to pick up passengers for various excursions. I asked every single one of them if they were there for me, all of them said no. When I called for a refund, they said that the drive came, went into the lobby and we weren't there. This is a flat out lie. I stood outside in front of the lobby to be sure not to miss the ride because the lobby was hectic. I would say skip this company and book a trip thru your travel agent or wait until you get to PC and book at your resort. They said they will get back to me in 10 days, I expect them to steal my money.

  Had a great time with the whole crew they all were very polite and helpful! Nothing more to say! It was wonderful

  ATVs we’re old and continuously broke down. Those on the buggies complained about buggies breaking down as well. Not a great experience.
