My friend and I really lucked out with this tour. The guide was on time and picked us up in a very nice and super clean car. The ride was smooth. The guide didn’t talk our ear off which made it so my friend and I could chat and ooh and ahh at the sights. Once we got to the falls, everything was all set up, right on time for the Maid of the Mist and right on time for a yummy lunch in what’s clearly a touristy area. There is a gorgeous park right in front of the pick up area. After our guide picked us up, he took us on a historic tour as we headed to Niagara on the Lake. My goodness what a beauty. We went to a winery and tasted amazing whites on a very very very hot day. So yay! Also, if you see a wine you like, you can taste that as well. I tasted a few reds but the whites were a nice welcome as refreshments. The ride home was equally smooth. Overall I give the tour and the guide a 10. It was all seamless, not their first rodeo.

Ended up having a private driver to the falls as there was some mix up with picking us up at the hotel. So after some phone calls ended up getting a private driver later the same day. Sam the driver was good. He had great knowledge. The drive to the falls took much longer than expected but this was due to very heavy traffic so was pleased to be in a car and not on a bus. Had lots of time to do the boat trip and look round Clifton street. Just needed to give Sam a call when we were ready to be picked up and he arrived in a few minutes. We then had a scenic tour round the area and back into Toronto. Ended up having a great day and lots of happy memories

Super bus qui vient nous chercher parfaitement à l'heure, chauffeur agréable, tout était très bien organisé. La promenade en bateau en bas des chutes était magnifique et le restaurant très bon. Les petites visites de l'après-midi permettent de se donner un tour d'horizon sur ce qu'offre la région.

The tour started on time. 2nd July 19. Airport pickup and drop off offered which was very difficult to get in other tour companies as it helped me out a lot as I had next day early morning flight to New York. 2 ladies were managing the trip., one the driver and other as tour narrate helper and both were very cooperative and helpful and smiling faces. Forgot to ask their names. The trip was well sorted out with minute details being taken care off. Overall a learning and pleaser experience with every help one thinks of was provided including where in Toronto and Missisaga, the places to eat, nearby transport etc. Regards, Amir Kamal Australia

Coach arrived on time, driver Sam and guide Sue were both friendly. It's an hour and a half from Toronto to the falls so we did have one convenience stop. Sue gave us some highlights of the trip and provided us with a verbal itinerary including what to expect. Boat tour was most fun! Buffet lunch at Sheraton was fine but the real star was the view overlooking the falls - beautiful! Other stops included the smallest chapel, the flower clock, the whirlpool and a winery for a tasting experience. All were fun! The trip back was longer than usual because of a freeway closure but all worked out. Thank you for a fun experience during our first trip to Toronto and the falls!
