Day 1 (7 hours)
The first day starts with a city tour by a comfortable car/minivan. You will see the main avenues of St Petersburg, the embankments of the Neva River, spacious squares and luxurious palaces. Excursions to the Church of our Savior on the Spilled Blood and St Isaac's Cathedral are also included in the sightseeing program. In the second half of the day, enjoy the treasures of the Hermitage Museum, including the state rooms of the Winter Palace. You will also visit the General Staff Building where the collection of Impressionists and Postimpressionists is located. Enjoy the masterpieces by Picasso, Matisse, Czanne, Gauguin and others.
Day 2 (7 hours)
Continue exploring St Petersburg with a visit to the birthplace of the city and the burial place of the Russian Tsars, St Peter & Paul Fortress and Cathedral. Later, head to the embankment of the Moyka River to visit the Yusupov Palace. During the tour of this luxurious palace you will visit a special exhibition dedicated to the mysterious event of Rasputin's murder that happened in that very place. At the second part of the day, hunt the imperial treasures in the Faberge Museum. You will see the biggest in the word collection of rare Faberge Eggs, the highest standard of the jewelry art. Once finished with the museum, take a sightseeing boat ride to enjoy the views of the city from the water.
Day 3 (7 hours)
The third day of your stay in St Petersburg will be dedicated to visiting two summer residencies of the Russian Tsars - Tsarskoye Selo and Pavlovsk. During your tour to Catherine's Palace in the Tsars' Village, you will see the famous Amber Room which attracts thousands of tourists every day. Just a short right away is the Pavlovsk Palace, an elegant family residence full of antique statues and precious furniture.
Day 4 (5 hours)
On the last day, the route heads to the suburban residence of Peterhof, located on the coast of the Gulf of Finland. Visit the Grand Palace of Peterhof, created by Peter the Great and exhibiting the finest examples of the interior decor. Having enjoyed the park of Peterhof with its fabulous fountains, head back to St Petersburg full of fantastic memories.
