DAY 1 : Cusco - Lares - Wacahuasi

Transfer from the hotel at 5:00 am and then go to the town of Lares in the way we see the majestic Sacred valley with its fertile lands, then we arrive at the small village of Calca (2940 msl) after ascending through the small villages of Totora and Maucaupata where villagers dressed in traditional costumes , and mostly dedicated to textiles, agriculture and livestock. Finally, after a journey of approx. 4 hours we arrive at Lares (3,200 msl) visit to the hot springs for a refreshing bath . After lunch after contacting our horsemen started the walk arriving at our first camp in 4 hours Wacawasi (3,600 m) .


DAY 2 : Wacahuasi- Ipsaycocha - Patacancha

After breakfast we started the walk going to our second camp this day started early as we climb through the open Ipsay appreciate the way in different rural communities and also different customs and they weave textiles for everyday use . Arrive at the lagoon where will Ipsaycocha lunch, after a nap continue to the town of Patacancha where we spend the second night.


INCA TRAIL DAY 3 : Winaywayna

Expedition Train Ollantaytambo 5am - 8:45 am km 104 Getting off the train at this point, the guide will direct you on foot to the ruins of Chachabamba where the tour will begin. From there the journey will continue and we will pass through a small and refreshing waterfall on the way to the ruins of Winay Wayna where the impressive platforms will demonstrate the skill of Andean engineering. After lunch we will then continue the walk to Inti Punku (o Puerta del Sol) from where we will have the first sight of Machu picchu as a beautiful panoramic of the town on the hill. From here we will take the bus to Aguas Caliente where we will spend the night and prepare for the following day up at Machu Picchu.


INCA TRAIL DAY 4: Machu Picchu

At 5:30 am we began the trek to Machu Picchu where we will have a guided tour of the different sectors of the archaeological complex tour, including the Intihuatana or sundial, used by ancient Peruvians settlers. To climb the mountain of Huayna Picchu can choose the 2nd group 10:00 a.m. takes about an hour walk but really worth it, the view is breathtaking and the experience will be unforgettable (optional) At a given time must take the bus down from Machu Picchu to Aguas Calientes and board the train back to Ollantaytambo and then by bus to Cusco.
