  • This was a wonderful day for us. Our guide, Mae was friendly and knowledgeable, and really let us enjoy the sights at our own pace. She even guided us to the cleanest of rest rooms and told us which ones we'd want to avoid. Mae took some unforgettable photos for us that we would have missed had we been on our own. The Temple was beautiful, and we had a lot of fun climbing the beautiful waterfalls. We stopped for lunch at a buffet at an orchid/butterfly farm, which was very relaxing and had a good choice of foods. Although its history is interesting, I felt a little funny visiting the Karen village, but the women there seem quite used to the tourists and were very friendly. We bought a few items that were well-made, and left with the obligatory tourist photos. We would absolutely recommend this tour!
