  Absolute disaster. I booked this trip months ago. When I finally got to Egypt and checked in, people at the agency kept passing me around. Tour agency went silent after being in communication with me months prior. Finally, someone replied saying “a group text wold be sent the NIGHT BEFORE departure with l details.” I checked in again when I heard nothing at 8PM we were to depart. I was given yet another name and the person only replied “hello”- nothing else!! I then got an email they CANCELED THE TOUR!!!!! This left me stuck in Luxor with no way to Aswan. I had to cancel flights and rebook my hotel to stay an extra day in Luxor. I would not recommend this agency, they are poor horrible communicators and don’t tell you anything, then cancel last minute. What a horrible reputation to have in a high tourist destination. Other agencies will eventually cripple this one. What a shame.

  We really loved the cruise - stunning views, nice little pool & lounge area at the top and really nice buffet food & service. Booking through Viator we were a minority, with most people on larger organised tour groups. This meant the exits for the temple visits were really hectic and we were always last, some of our guides did not speak good English at all and we completely had to skip Kom Ombo as 12 cruise ships arrived there at the same time causing absolute chaos (almost one hour queue for tickets when it was already getting dark). Abu Simbel was a real highlight though and not too busy when we arrived! The organisers were good at replying on WhatsApp when we had questions but there was definitely a real lack of clarity over the itinerary and timings, and lots of delays. We only found out from speaking to other passengers that we had to leave at 4am for Abu Simbel, this had not been communicated to us prior to us asking at 8pm the night before! Some negatives on the boat - if your room is at the back the room shakes with the engine and is very loud (like it was for us). You also have to pay for WiFi and it doesn’t work well. Overall would absolutely recommend but just bear the other points in mind!

  Nice buffet, welcoming staff and helpful. Nice room. The swimming pool was a bit disappointed, small, and not very clean. Good value for money.

  Attention, vend des voyages sans n’avoir aucun lien avec les agences locale et donc ne vérifie rien! Pas de lit pour mon fils à l’arrivée (il a payé quasi autant que nous) obligés de batailler pour avoir un lit cassé que nous avons demandé à changer à 3 reprises, pénible. Tour en calèche: on nous demande de payer 150LE!! C’est sensé être inclus. On a refusé de payer mais compliqué… Guide français: inexistant!! Un guide en très mauvais anglais (même les anglais qui nous accompagnaient ne comprenaient rien!). Piscine très très sale (vraiment), transat pas lavés depuis des années probablement. Quelques point positifs: repas plutôt bon et variés. Nil magnifique (mais l’agence n’y est pour rien ;)

  Cruising the Nile is fantastic, tours were interesting on the way. This ship had 95% local tourists, so not super easy to connect. Food was surprisingly good, the staff was absolutely lovely. It clearly is not 5 stars as the boat is a little run down but loved the experience and would recommend

  Croisière de 2 nuits, départ vers 13h de Louxor débarquement le surlendemain matin à Aswan. Deux stop avec visite des temples d'Horus et Kom Ombo (entrées non comprises). Ma soeur et moi avons été charmées par les paysages du Nil, la petite piscine sur le pont du bateau est très appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. Nous n'avons pas aimé les service du guide pour les visites mais il est vrai que nous ne l'avons signaler qu'a la fin. Nous vous recommandons en tout cas la croisière.

  This is really a must do when you cross Egypt. The feeling of sailing through 5000 years oh history is a unique feeling that can’t be describe. Boat and cabin were very nice so I enjoyed every moment, it was very peaceful !

  Great experience. Great boat. Great staff. 3nights we saw beautiful landscapes, our cabin had sunset views and the boat engines were very quiet. So great sleep hearing oy the river nile waves

  Booked the 2 night Nile cruise tour as we emerged from Covid lockdown. I was pleasantly impressed by the tour, not just because of the obvious tours, meals and covid measures, but also because the tour operators were able to personalise the tour to suit our itinerary. They organised pick up from our Hotel in Hurghada and added tours of Luxor and Aswan to both ends of our tour package plus courtesy drop off at the airport. All of these adaptations made the our trip less stressful and more enjoyable. We're able to totally immerse in the experience. Thank you Ahmed
