Adventure filled morning on horseback with excellent guides. The friendly folks at the Ranch were waiting for us with our guide and our trusty steeds. Mine was named "Flamingo" and my wife was aboard "Carbon". Despite an early morning rain that made the trails muddy, once aboard, we headed straight up into the hills. The horses were sure-footed,knew the trails well and our guide provided guidance and encouragement for horses and riders along the way. Beautiful ride, about an hour, through the hills around the ranch. Total novices might be intimidated but the guide is there for you. One observation for Viator. The instructions on the site were NOT clear as to the meeting point. You must go totally out of the port area which is at least a 1/4 mile walk. Once out to the road, turn left toward a gravel parking area. Rancho will meet you there or alternatively, pick a taxi waiting there and have them call the Ranch. Ranch pays the taxi fare both ways.

Great horseback riding Adventure! The tour lasted 45 minutes and we went up to a mountain and down. Then they explained to us different things about the animals there and we were able to touch them! Great team!
