On July 27 I landed in Anchorage with my elderly mother to discover that our luggage had been lost by the airline. Many thanks to Brent offered to drive us to the mall early on the day of our scheduled trip. Not only did Brent offer a trip to the mall, he returned, picked us up and drove us back to our hotel. Then Rick drove us to Seward to meet up with our cruise ship. Brent's incredible kindness will long be remembered as will Rick's humorous and informative narrative and safe driving all the way to Seward. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. - Dana & Jean

The driver was kind enough to stop and take pics of my family and I at scenic areas. She was very knowledgeable.

The only hiccup with this trip was asking to be picked up from a hotel a 1/2 mile away. Took several days and a lot of effort on my part

Driver (Brent) was a knowledgeable, and safe driver. Made sure we were comfortable with drinks and stops when needed.

The driver, from a third party contractor to Viator, was very good and we ordered a sedan but they sent a limo so that was nice. I think the company name was Carmel and I would recommend them highly.

Other than that though the experience was terrible. The selected trip was on the Viator menu list so I thought this was routine for them. I decided to call to make arrangements and it was obvious he didn't know much about this trip. I repeated that this was one that was on the Viator menu so why don't you know the details. Finally got it all taken care of, I thought. The day before the trip I got a call for confirmation and it was obvious this guy knew even less and I had to repeat in the info I provided earlier when I arranged for the car. He asked if Seward was very close to Anchorage. I said no, that it was 130 miles away. Again I pointed out that this was a trip I selected from the Viator menu so I expected him to know this. He said he was in New York and didn't know anything about Alaska. When I ordered the car I made arrangements to be picked up at our hotel. This guy said no he couldn't do that because they only do pickups at the airport. So we were forced to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport. The driver was surprised because his work order was to pick us up at the hotel as originally requested. Unfortunately we had already gone to the airport. The driver said they pickup from hotels all the time. Also Anchorage/Seward trip was something he does 8 - 10/week. His company is a third party to Viator. I don't know what the Viator's cut was of out total cost but whatever it was it was too much because they added very little value.

some concern prior to pickup because while we had reserved a limo we were told one might not be available. But we did get what we expected and the driver was fantastic
