I have booked this service for my family more then a month prior of my trip. In the booking I mentioned clearly my hotel destination. When I landed in Turkey I was informed by the tour agent that my trip unfortunately need be pay another 30 euros because the location was too far. That is unacceptable behaviour and the tour agents left without option as I was already charged the amount debit and they told me if I don't pay the 30 euros extra they won't do the service for me and I would be with my 3 young kids, wife, mother in law, left in the airport looking for a transportation.

I booked for a transfer to Antalya airport from the first contact the driver was not happynot even a mile in his face he let down my bag with 2 computers inside , the trip was ok the driver drived a little fast, I was with my kids and I gave them something to eat and there was some Crumbs that I cleaned and only was renaining sone traces nothing liquid only croissants remains, when we arrived he started complaining about it taking photos... I wasn't going to put a bad review now I will put ir every where with the photos
