This was a lot of fun! We learned to make strudel which is much more difficult than I thought but a lot of fun and not t forget delicious. Such nice instructor. Cool location in the side of a cliff. It really was a great experience.
I had such a great time! I would recommend this class for everyone. It was so much more than just strudel- I am excited to make the strudel on my own...
Our group of four was joined by a mother, father and their younger daughter. The event was very organized and the finished products were excellent. We plan to make these two desserts at home, with our children and grandchildren.
What a fun way to spend an afternoon in Salzburg. One of my favorite souveniers was the skill of making apple strudel I remade it for my family and friends as soon as I got home.
This was a great experience! Wonderful hands on instruction in a very unique atmosphere! Bring your appetite - you will be served a wonderful soup and then eat your delicious strudel.
The instructor and his assistant were great. There isn't one thing I didn't like about this experience. A nice way to spend an afternoon and take in some of the culture. I can not wait to make the strudel at home!
It was a great experience and time flew by! I went solo but joined up with a wonderful father/daughter team and we had a great time!
Johann was awesome. My 12 year old daugther and I had a great time. Johann had a nice, light lunch for us while we waited on the strudel to bake. It was a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Johann also offers a pair pairing dinner twice a week and I would have done this as well had it worked with our schedule.
Very fun and interactive class. Perfect afternoon activity. The lunch was delicious and I loved getting to finish it off with the desserts we made.
Fantastic thing to do especially with our 10 yr old son! Hands on, learned how to make strudel and cheese soufflé and was served stew for lunch. Super fun, 1.5 hour quick activity and something unique instead of just churches and such :) Thanks!!
