1 hour Aquaduck city and river tour. Departing from the heart of SurfersParadise, tours aboard the amphibious Aquaduck combine an informative city-tour with a unique and exciting river-cruise. Travelling past the glitzy waterfront mansions of the rich and famous and taking in the spectacular views of the Gold Coast waterways and its famous landmarks.

FOC infants (0-1yrs) must be pre-booked on the Aquaduck due to regulations and passenger number restrictions.

Great tour! Well organised and friendly staff. A must do if you're a visitor to the area. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was majority of things to look at were on the right side, if you sat on the left like us, you felt like you missed out on seeing alot.

Fantastic little tour. Doesn’t get boring. Our tour guide Shane was very helpful with children who were a bit scared and had some very funny jokes to tell on our way back. Top bloke. We ran a bit late at the check in counter and the receptionist was very helpful. Overall good fun.

Definitely recommend this tour, awesome to listen to the facts about the city and location. Very helpful especially if visiting from overseas. Being being told where to sit was a great idea as well. Only suggestion would be is when the driver was talking while on the river that having the mic turned louder would be better. We struggled at times to listen to what he was saying, may have been due to the other passengers talking though. Other than this this was a very good tour, thanks for showing us the gold coast.

My husband and I have taken the Aquaduck tour a couple of times over the years. We enjoyed cruising the waterways and marvelled at the beautiful houses and other structures and natural features lining the canals. Based on this experience we decided to take the cruise again during our recent trips to the Gold Coast. While the staff were helpful and friendly, it was apparent from the first 10 minutes onwards that this trip was much different to those we remembered. Unfortunately for us we were seated on the left hand side of the boat. This was problematic because most of the landmarks featured were on the right hand side and the sun was glaring at us much of the time while the other side of the boat enjoyed shaded comfort. Furthermore, the route we took did not correspond completely to the one shown on the tourist brochure. I suggest that organisers consider an alternative tour which allows all passengers to benefit from the how much they spent in expectation of getting value for money. What happened to the canal tours? I suggest a rethink to create a more memorable experience. We would love to support your business on subsequent visits but you need to be mindful of the layout of the vehicle and provide a more equitable experience for everyone onboard.
