Know More about this tour

Live authentic Sicilian moments!

Visit a famous countryside estate in the heart of Mount etna region. Learn the secrets of traditional local street food named "arancino".

Arancini are stuffed rice balls, coated with breadcrumbs, which are fried. Guests, equipped with all the necessary equipment will be challenged in the preparation of arancini, a typical street food dish of Sicilian cuisine. We will provide a brief history and introduction of the arancino in Sicilian culture.

The chef will demonstrate the whole preparation cooking them in front of you. You will prepare yours with the assistance of our chef and you will master the ability to replicate the recipe once you are back home to surprise your friends and family.

After the informal and fun cooking lesson, you will have a wine tasting. The location will be an ancient Palmento (a place used for the production of wine until the late 1800).

Tasting will be combined with local delicacies such as Provola cheese, dried Sicilian tomatoes , pate' and jams on crostini bread, Brolo Salami, Bread cunzatu and of course...your arancini!
