  • Wonderful excursion. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Be certain to see the Terrace Houses. Also, although it was interesting to see how carpets are woven and silk is removed from cocoons, the sales pitch is lengthy and should be eliminated . We were really a captive audience to a point that we insisted that we leave. My husband had fallen on slippery steps earlier and was in considerable pain. He was offered a bag of ice by the rug seller. That was very kind. However, we were not of a mind to sit as long as we did and our guide knew we needed to return to the ship because of my husband's serious fall and we needed to pack.
