Kei was great On time Helped with cameras We did not see the lights as it was cloudy while we were on site, but just as we got on the highway he spotted the lights, allowing us to get out and made some quick pictures which actually made the trip worthwhile. Hey also took us to the TP where we got some pictures of it and the big dipper and he showed us some of his pictures while we were waiting for the clouds to clear. An overall great experience, thank you.

Check the forecast and cancel if needed. It rained and too cloudy to see any lights. Can’t help the weather. Guides say come back but it’s expensive outing for warm tea and cookies.

Jessica, de Guadalajara fue excelente guía, además tuvimos suerte de ver las auroras. Estuvo increíble.

Booked with Arctic range Feb 18th and unfortunately didn’t see aurora due to a storm but had a blast anyhow. From tipis to hot chocolate, they had everything ready. I booked again with them February 20th and was blessed and lucky to see the lights. Brian, our guide and driver was super nice and informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Just be ready, it gets COLD at night. The only thing I wish is that I rented clothes

After struggling to book a Northern Lights tour our whole trip we walked into the Arctic Range storefront and managed to be booked onto the next evening's tour. The gentleman who signed us up was very friendly, and informative about the tour and the northern lights in general. The pick up was on time, and with no issues at all. We drove out about 30 minutes to the viewing location where there were two yurts, each with hot drink facilities and a warm fireplace as well as compost toilet in on yurt (very clean). There was also a tepee outside with a roaring campfire. Staff were very friendly, helpful at both providing information and showing people how to set up their cameras to get the best photos. There was an opportunity to get a professional photo taken for a fee. We arrived just before midnight and left at about 3am. We had all that time free to spend as we wished - we took photos outside and watched the lights, then returned to the yurt to warm up, alternating both for most of the night. There were around 30-40 people there on the night I visited. A great experience, one I'll never forget. Well worth the cost as the dark sky and lack of light pollution, however minor, from the town meant the clearest possible way to view the lights and the stars which were all so bright

Our guide was amazing and friendly. They picked us up in time at the rendezvous point. We had hot beverages and marshmallows in the fireplace. We highly recommend scheduling more than one visit to higher your chance to see the Northern Lights due to weather conditions. We were lucky to have seen the Northern Lights in two days. They appeared only in the last hours of the second day.

Shungo and Jessica were great and really took care of us. They helped us with our camera settings and allowed us to capture really great photos of the northern lights. This tour comes with a cabin which had a fireplace and hot beverages to keep us warm. Toilet facilities are also available.

Great and friendly tour guide and very helpful with aurora information. We went to this spot far from the city lights and got to see some decent aurora!

Our tour guide was excellent, unfortunately we couldn’t see the lights due to a cloud but nothing we could do to change that. Still a great experience and friendly staff.
