Overview
Enjoy the amazing winter landscape in this 8-9 hour private tour in the North of Iceland. The journey starts in Akureyri and the first stop of the day is the wonderful Goafoss waterfall,from there on its direction Lake Mvatn with all its natural wonders. After taking a lunch break at a local restaurant,its time to head to the biggest waterfall in Europe, Dettifoss waterfall. On that route the superjeep comes in handy and maybe snowshoes as well. After exploring Dettifoss its time to drive back to Lake Mvatn and have a relaxing soak in the Nature baths.

Kristján was absolutely amazing! He made sure we got to see all of the amazing sites. Given this time of year things are tricky with weather you always have to be open to change! That being said we had the most amazing tome and got to see the sites we wanted to thanks to Kristján’s expert driving. In addition he is just such a pleasant person and we had great conversation.
