I enjoyed the information and adventure that Pablo shared with us and also Miguel the driver. They are great duo!

This was a nice hike. The view was amazing. It did rain a little bit but that was when we started heading down the volcano. The food was so bomb!!!

The Arenal Volcano trek was really good a very knowledgeable guide, this part of the trip would receive 5 stars. The hot spring experience was not worth the money. I would of rather gone to the free hot springs with a pic nic. Food was really below par and our worst dining experience in Costa Rica, what is made out to be a gourmet experience is not much better to school dinners in the 1980s. The hot springs not that hot despite lying about the temperature

Our guide Miguel was knowledgeable, he gave us commentary about history of volcano as we hiked to the observatory where we can view top of the volcano and Arenal lake. Please be warned it is not a soft hike. The hike has way too many rocks (it's not muddy surface, it's just a lot of rocks making it hard on your feet). It's an intermediate level hike. Even though tour description over here says "water bottle and snack included", we were not given a water bottle by the tour guide. He said originally that he has some water for us, but when we asked he pointed us to a restaurant (after our hike) to get our own bottle refilled over there. I am glad we carried enough water for us ourselves. After the hike and taking photos, we were driven to Baldi hot springs which was a lot of fun. Baldi has a lot of different pools with varying water temperatures and it was nice and relaxing to soak in that. we had an hour or so before eating dinner and 45 minutes or so after dinner to relax in pools. The dinner had a lot of vegetarian options and was delicious. We were given enough time at Baldi hot springs to enjoy ourselves and were picked up at 9:15 pm to be driven back to our hotel.

They were more than 1,5 hour late… And then the weather didn’t allow us to see the volcano… plus it was getting late and dark at the end because of the delay..

We had a wonderful hike with Fabrizio. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything along the hike, and made us feel right at home in Arenal. He took us to places to get great views of the volcano. Very prompt and courteous service! Thank you!

Hike was good even for beginners. Our guide was so knowledgeable and pointed out some really nice wild life and explained a lot about the volcano and vegetation near it. Hot spring was amazing bring a change of clothes.

We did the half day Arenal 1968 trail. We didn’t add on the hot springs as we had access to some through our hotel. Our guide Ricardo picked us up on time and took us to the start of the hike. He was an amazing guide and educated us really well on the volcano and the birds and other wildlife in the area that we saw. The hike was relatively easy and start to finish the whole tour was about 3 hours.

We really enjoyed our tour of Arenal volcano with David. The hike was perfect for our family with young children (in packs). We loved learning about the history of the volcano and seeing the birds and monkeys in the area. David picked us up and dropped us off and even stopped for a sloth sighting on the side of the road. Highly recommend this tour.

Great informative guide and driver! Learned a lot of history on the volcano. Bonus was they spotted Toucans and a Sloth as we approached the parking lot! We stopped and our guide had a tripod monocular which she set up for us to get a closer look!
