I was directed to the ticket booth in the airport by a worker since the desk person happened to be gone at the exact time I collected my baggage. I walked over to another desk I was directed to and got right on the shuttle bus. There were 9 people in the van including me, but only 3 stops. I would use this service again. The driver was very efficient and polite.

We arrived at the airport on time and sought out the booth on the instructions, where a guy reading a newspaper looked up and pointed saying we need to go around the corner to a small office. We walked around and another guy chatting to a woman eventually looked up as I showed him our booking. He confirmed my name and asked us to take a seat for 15 mins. As more and more people came to the booth he got more and more anxious and surrounded by German Tourists seemed to be getting more and more confused about who was going where and when. almost 35 minutes later we were ushered outside following two different people to two different buses which turned out not to be ours. we stood around for a further 10 minutes until another mini bus turned up and jumped on that.
There were only about 10 people on the bus which seemed more than enough for the suspension to hold out (just) eventually getting to the hotel about 40 minutes later. Needless to say we booked a limo back from the hotel to the airport for the same money. Not as smooth as it could have been after a long journey.

Voucher received did not state company name, Malta Transfers, and no one in the airport seemed to understand what I wanted. When I finally got someone who knew and led me down a long empty hallway to the last booth, while I was dragging a broken bag, handle broke and couldnt extend it to pull, and always flopped over so I was dragging it. Not Mr helpful or welcoming to Malta! Especially to a senior citizen lady. When I got to the booth, was waved to a chair across the hall while the clerk chi-chatted to the guy who showed me where it was, and another guy. When she finally went out for a cigarette, she said they were waiting for 3 more. 45 minutes later, the family arrived and we were off, again no help with luggage. Driver was one chatting up the gal. Wont use them again, driver didnt say anything about where we were going. Not a good welcome the first time to Malta.

Not recommended - Biggest complaint is lack of communication. Our booking information indicated the company was Robert Arrigo and Sons. We anticipated being met after exiting baggage claim by transfer representative. No one. We wandered around the airport and eventually found something called Malta Sightseeing way at the end. After many questions seems THEY were providing the transport service. We were among the LAST to leave the airport nearly 90 minutes after having retrieved our luggage. Van had 8 passengers - made 4 stops prior to ours. Next time: take City bus then cab OR simply cab from airport.
