Overview
This two hour round trip (~one hour on the water ) is our most popular trip, and has the longest season, early May to late September. Your adventure begins with a 10 minute float followed by Class II rapids. Class II is an excellent introduction to white water as it offers a mix of splashy thrills, and calm floats.Suitable for ages 5 and up.
For groups larger than 8 people, please contact us before booking.
Itinerary:
Raft down what explorer David Thompson and countless fur traders canoed up. It's more fun this way! Introductory Class II rapids will provide fun splashes, and the Athabasca Valley will provide splendid vistas to keep you thoroughly entertained during your hour on the Athabasca River.

This was a fantastic experience! Our guides were fantastic especially Baden and Seba. I highly recommend this trip!

Rafting (and "spinning") on the Athabasca River was great fun. Our guide Elliott drove us savely through the waves and rapids. Sure, we were getting wet. But that's the point, isn't it? Elliot gave us lots of information and answered all the questions. " KG" took the photos so we have now something special to remember. This was awesome.

drifting by our home away from home Becker's Chalets was very pleasing and fun as well as our guide, Jonah's explanations and good sense of humor. Thank you for the great ride!

So much fun! Nate was a great captain. Found ever possible rapid! Even pulled my husband out of the water. He chose to swim in 38(F). And Seve our bus driver/photographer/security officer was awesome!!!

Great family experience! Our guide Felix was great. Super organisation, well rounded! Party of 6 ranging from 7 to 70 YO and we all had a blast :)

Andy from Ireland was a fabulous guide! The ride was a blast but safety came first. Andy is an entertainer. Sooo fun! All of the people involved were very competent and easy to work with.

We had a blast, easily manageable with 3 kids under 10 years old. Luke, Josh and Connor were awesome!! Totally recommend!!

Excellent experience. First timer little scar to take trip with a child but it was best decision kids enjoyed a lot. Great and caring Crew. Will do it again. 😊

We highly recommend this tour on the Athabasca River. It was fun and well guided by Luke, Charles, Seva, and all the other great guys!!. They did a great job keeping us informed and keeping my eight-year-old entertained and not nervous at all!! My only recommendation is to be ready to get changed inside a bus to get into your wetsuits.
