    Extremely great service. Very flexible in terms of all of my cancellations and changes of flight numbers and times. Still were able to pick me up on time and actually waited for me to file a claim for a lost baggage. I would highly recommend

    Driver didn’t show. Viator’s systems were down. Nothing could be done. I had to have the hotel get us a taxi that took credit cards cuz it being our last day, we didn’t have enough euros. Just a bit frustrating when trying to make the flight. I gave 3 stars b/c Hara was apologetic once he reached out to me, as we were boarding and because I didn’t have this issue w/ this company arriving to Athens. Driver was there w/ a sign so I guess it was a fluke
