My driver texted me on what's app for confirmation and suggestions to make my departure transport a successful one. He was waiting for me when i arrived off of the ship with a sign stating my name. He carried my luggage to the trunk and allowed me to sit in the front with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. I had no problems getting to the airport on time and he directed me to the point that i needed to be. great job ! I felt safe with him knowing that i would get to my destination on time. I arrived safely to the U.S.

This is the first somewhat disappointing review for Viator I have done…although we got to airport ok, was surprised we were meant by a driver that didn’t speak English and instead of a van or nice car it was a taxi cab, also wasn’t sure were to drop us we had to point out.

So glad he as on time and a friendly gent. We made it to the airport in 1 hour, which put us there right on time!

Our driver never showed up. We had to take a cab to the airport. The company has no communication other than a message line after 5 PM and before 8 AM. Therefore there was no way to communicate with them that our ferry was changed when I arrive to pick up the tickets at 9:30 PM. Since this was an overnight ferry we had no driver the next morning at 6:30 AM when we disembarked the ferry. I tried calling the company but all I would ever get is a message line.
Drivers from all the other services we used on this trip were aware of the ferry schedules. This company didn’t seem to care enough to get updates themselves. Even in Piraeus, there are not many ferries at 6:30 in the morning. -

I thought when I arranged for a private transfer it would be a private car, reasonably dressed driver and a bottle of water. That sais, I got safely and on time to airport in a clean taxi.

We waited over an hour for our transfer. Finally (after 8 phone calls)a yellow taxi showed up with our name on a sign. Driver wouldn't use air conditioning for the 45 minute ride,drove with the windows blasting outside heat on us. He spoke no English, so we weren't sure he knew where to take us! Driver was SPEEDING up to 86 miles per hour! Our large suitcase had to go in the car with us. Just a terrible experience!!
