Excellent trip to see life and scenery outside of Marrakesh and into foothills of Atlas Mountains. Hiking was not at all strenuous but sensible shoes or trainers are advisable. Guides were superb - friendly, keen to ensure people were getting what they wanted from the trip and share local knowledge. Camel ride at end of trip seemed a bit incongruous, but good for some extra holiday pictures.

Our tour guides, Omar and Hamid were very kind and friendly. The camel ride was fun! The waterfall is underwhelming and over-crowded. I would skip this next time. The berber village visit was interesting.

A brilliant day trip. Couldn't hope for better. Great scenery, fun camel ride and a very nice walk in the Atlas mountains. The lunch was tasty as well. Our guide, Issmail, was very friendly and welcoming. We visited his hometown and valley. The driver, Mohamad, was brilliant as well. I have 3 teenagers and they enjoyed the day. Can't recommend enough.

Great experience!!! Moustafah our driver was fantastic. Super friendly and kind. We stopped at a restaurant for breakfast where you see some berber women making argan oil. You then get to eat some nice bread, olive oil, argan oil, and a mixture thats like peanut butter. This was all very good and a great way to start the experience. Mohammed are hiking guide of the Atlas Mountains was extremely sweet. He kept checking to make sure we were doing ok on our hike. The hike isnt super hard but its def a hike. Mohammed show us all the villages. We went to a nice little waterfall area where they make fresh oj. We skipped lunch cause we ate too much bread. Mohammed took us to his home where we had mint tea and walnuts. In his home there was a beautiful view of the mountains and other villages. Very authentic great experience!!!

It was a nice way to see the Atlas Mountains in one day. The lunch was in a beautiful High Atlas town. The Camel Ride was also good fun. The hike and waterfall were a bit underwhelming however and the camel ride was very touristy and fake. It‘s not the fault of the trip, but I don’t know if the amount of driving is worth the payoff.

This was an amazing experience, and I would recommend it highly! If you want to go outside Marrakesh but have limited time, it’s a good day trip. Our trip consisted of a 30-minute camel ride, breakfast in a women's co-op, and then into the valleys and the mountains for a hike (with Ibrahim) to the waterfall, with a late lunch at the end. The destination is in the Imlil valley, just under Mt Toubkal. The highlight was the hiking/waterfall and lunch on a sunny terrace. Our driver Ahmad was very knowledgeable and also a great photographer, which was very helpful. A few things to note: the walk to the waterfall requires comfortable shoes, so plan accordingly. Also, the camel ride is around 20-30 minutes just off the highway, it was very fun and a great experience and photo op, but just know that you're not riding the camels for transportation, it's more of a brief ride for pictures. All in all, I would highly recommend this experience and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco.

Our Driver Mohammed met us with a warm Berber smile on a cool morning in Marrakech .Issmail our fantastic Guide eloquently carried us from the camels rides on the plain to life in the mountains. The Agricultural economy, cultural life and geographical richness were all discussed. All questions were honestly answered. Due to their warmth we left the trip with a greater appreciation of the new world we had visited and will never forget.
