Thought it was great experience for the price. Everything was a ton of fun. Ziplining course was a bit small but still a great time. ATVing was definitely through rough terrain so i wouldn’t go unless you like it bumpy.

This ATV/Zipline adventure was fun for all. Whether you are looking for just a little adventure or all-out excitement, this adventure has what you need. After ziplining through the trees (upside down if you'd like), you'll go on an ATV adventure through the rough. Then it's off for some more excitement ziplining or jumping off a cliff into the Cenote, or just walking in and relaxing in the cool water. The fantastic guides are there to keep you safe, but also to make sure you have fun.

This was an Ok experience. You had to follow the ATV guide only no going fast or going thru the mud. The cenote you had to drive to a different place to get there.

First, let me say how great the staff is! They’re very friendly, engaging and accommodating. The zip line is fun and great for beginners. The Cenote is beautiful!
The ATV’s themselves are junk. Many kept dying and a few didn’t have any breaks, including ours! They traded us for a different one and those breaks worked a little better.
Never mind the mud and dirt (which I didn’t mind and we expected from other reviews), but the terrain was horribly bumpy and by bumpy I mean large craters coupled with huge divots and in the mud you can’t see them all. That made it a horrible experience.

The tacos they serve afterwards are very bland, which was disappointing as we expected Mexican flavor.

Our driver that transported us from our hotel and back was very personable and friendly. I think his name was Javier.

I wouldn’t do this tour again because of the awful experience.

Our guides were fantastic, we went in the perfect order of events to maximize the overall experience. I will rate it a SOLID 3.5 overall (but that doesn’t exist so I rounded-up)

    Cons:
1). You will get veryyy dirty (not really a con as is expected)
2). The car that picked us up was extremelyyyy disgusting, it was so super dirty, you can tell they never clean the car as most of the stains and dirt were dried up and old.
3). They should let you know when you drive in the water on the ATV to be careful where you place the legs bc the steam will come up and is extremely HOT! Luckily I wore pants, but my partner did not and her leg got extremely burnt to the point it is scarred and is puss-ing all over the place, it is gross.
4). They should also advise you to wear pants and socks because the fire ants are NO JOKE!

    Pros:
1). You will have a great experience overall if you take my advice, it will be a for sure 5-star experience

2). They take professional pictures of the tour and honestly they are the absolute best! I see a lot of people complaining of the high prices of the photos and the fact you cannot take pictures during the tour, but it is because of the extreme danger. You can’t take pictures during ziplining, driving an ATV, or in the water. Our guide still let us take pictures in between and wherever we wanted (within safety). Also, 2people with 30 pictures each minimum (60 + total) was only $59 you cant get professional photography for that cheap or even close to it- think of it that way!

I was with a group of 9 females and we had a blast! There was probably a total of 15 or 16 of us in the group that participated in the activities. We rode the ATVs, ziplined and swam in the cenotes. The workers were super nice and made sure safety was number one. The pictures that were taken were an amazing plus! You definitely can’t have your phone while participating in these fun activities. They do have lockers there that you can lock your stuff in. Overall it was a highlight of our trip!

  • 12-Aug-2019

We had an amazing time during this adventure. The zip-lining was perfect for beginners. My only concern were the atvs the got to hot and burned our legs. I recommend long pants.

We had a fantastic time. Be ready for a bit of chaos at the beginning. People are dropped off at the site at various times and you wait while everyone arrives and some people finish up paying. Once everyone is set the rules are explained, ATV experience and choices are reviewed, you have an opportunity to purchase dust masks (we brought bandannas but opted to buy the masks for added protection) for the ATV (be sure to bring sun glasses or goggles too) and you are divided into groups. You can purchase (money refunded upon return of key) a locker for your items for storage during ATV and zipline. Groups go in different orders to events. Ours was perfect, zip line, ATV and cenote. Diego was our fantastic guide and he was so much fun. There is also a photographer and pictures are available for purchase on a sliding cost based on the number of people in your group. As novices everyone was so helpful and encouraging on the zip line and ATV. There were 17 people in our smaller group. The zip line was nerve wracking as a first timer but so thrilling. Two suspended bridges are also crossed during this part. There is a weight and waist circumference limit for zip lining which some people were not aware of ahead of time. The ATV ride was a bit bumpy and dusty and you really need to pay attention to the person in front of you and you might consider longer shorts because of rubbing when you maneuver the terrain. The cenote was above ground with a nice water temp and zip lining in and diving are optional. We finished the excursion with a light lunch of two pork tacos. Beverages were available for purchase. You might consider a bringing water with you. The driver that dropped us off picked us up at the end of the day.

This was a GREAT excursion! The tour guides were amazing and super friendly. They made us feel super safe during the zip lining!
