We took the Auckland Harbout Sightseeing Cruise in early March and thoroughly enjoyed it. The weather could not have been better and the cruise was informative and provided wonderful views of the city and surroundings. The cruise lasts about 90 minutes and is worth the price.

Hi team, we have just finished 3 weeks touring NZ and enjoyed many trips organised by you. However, the AucklandHarbour trip was scuppered. When we arrived in Auckland and drove to the harbour we were informed their was no parking in Auckland harbour area for several miles. This was due to severL cruise liners being diverted to Auckland due to the Corona virus outbreak. Also it turned out the place was swarming with Elton John fans since he had several concerts in the stadium. Try as we might we were unable to park any closer than the Sealife Aquarium. Despite phoning the line seemed engaged or no one was there. The place was havoc!! So we never managed to get to the harbour cruise at all. Thanks for everything else. They all went off a treat. The actual boat trip itself was interesting and enjoyable.
It would have been easier to just book this trip at the actual quayside. The lack of any involvement from the company was extremely disappointing. I have used Viator for many trips in various countries and this has to be the worst. -

We enjoyed this 90 minute cruise of the harbour which was narrated. The waters were mostly calm and the coffee served on board was terrific. Have your camera ready for views of the skyline

Great day out on the water. Very relaxing and pleasant. Great selection of beers as well as free tea and coffees. Staff was wonderful.

The trip was delayed for a couple of days due to weather and although the message was received late (no data) at that time perhaps contacting the hotel may have been an option to advise. The trip was nice and informative. The snack was ok but not everyone likes the same type of muffins variety would be better next time.

Was a good ride. Good for a hot day as you will get the wind in your hair. Muffins and coffee free to have onboard.

We did this tour with our grandchildren of 2 years and baby. The crew even helped us with the stroller very friendly people in Auckland. The tour was amazing very comfortable inside with the children and to take photos the view from te upper deck fantastic . Coffe end tea and soft drink was included with a snack. Only problem was the tour was moved from the morning to the afternoon without notification . When travelling with small children planning is crucial .
