Our driver, Alicja, arranged pickup with us at our hotel. She was prompt and very engaging. Her car was spotless and she was an excellent driver. She was very knowledgeable about Auschwitz/Birkenau and facilitated everything for us, from arranging our tickets to guiding us through the lines and even gave us great restaurant recommendations in Krakow. She was quite simply, fantastic and we could not have been more pleased. Be sure you book Alicja Wrobel if you have the opportunity..it is well worth the cost to have all the arrangements so professionally handled.

Thank you for providing my parents and I a 5* service, it was faultless. We were picked up at 6:45 on the dot in a fabulous Mercedes, the driver and car both immaculately presented, very friendly and professional. We went on to Auschwitz were our driver escorted us to the main reception and waited for us until we were ready to head over to Birkenau. The weather was rainy and he provided us large umbrellas for our trip. We used the same company for our Airport transfers, all vehicles were spotlessly clean and smart as were the drivers. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them when I return to Krakow in the near future.

Dariusz was very professional, knowledgeable, and was a fantastic escort for us. He is a safe driver and very attentive to our needs. I worked with Alicja who organized the day for us.

Alicja was a fantastic escort for a 7 person, family group tour of Auschwitz/Birkenau/Schindler factory... she was also a pleasure to be with throughout the day.
