Bus was neat, clean and in good condition. The tour guide explained the entire place nicely and each point elaborated sufficiently, which depicts the realty of this museum.

Communication was perfect and we were picked up at the hotel on time. A well organised trip. The driver Michael was helpful and I would highly recommend this trip

Great communication from the company, friendly and helpful. The trip is very well organised. A special mention to our coach driver Yarrow who was just lovely. We arrived at Auschwitz 1 and the museum and then on to the 2nd camp. It's a long day with alot of walking but somewhere everyone should visit to learn of the atrocities that went on.

really good, simple to arrange, really comfortable air conditioned transport to the sites, knowledgeable guides and well organised.

Great service, collected us from our hotel at the time stated. Friendly driver The guide was also really nice & very informative It’s not a tour I could use the word “fun”, it was heartbreaking & almost puts everyday life into perspective. I think many people around the world should go & pay their respects & honour those who were cruelly tortured

I found the whole experience emotional. Overall I will say the experience is a must to understand the depth of pain and the reality of the situation. However I felt quite rushed on the tour sadly. It was also cut short due to the heat.. apparently. There was confusion with our hotel pick up and the timing given, however this was resolved thanks to the hotel reception. The experience is an absolute must, it will stay with you. :(

  • 07-Aug-2023

The transfer was in a fantastic Mercedes minibus and pick up bang on time. We had the best worst day for the experience in that although Aug 6th it was driving rain and really added to the experience. We had the best tour guide who I’m sorry can’t remember his name but was amazing and his grandad was in Auschwitz which he only told us at the end, he told us all the things we needed to know with passion and respect and thanks to him made the once in a lifetime visit unforgettable, thank you guys worth every penny !!!!

The tour company did great with the pick up and organization. They communicate well and got us to and from the location with no problem. They organized tickets and you get to pseudo skip the line with the tour group. The only downside which is no fault of the tour company is how busy it is here. There are many many tours happening. You have a group a minute in front of you and a minute behind you. You feel rushed. This may be because of seeing it during holidays. TLDR: Great tour company but the site is very busy.
