If you want to visit the museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, I recommend this operator. You will receive the appointment hour by e-mail 2 day before. The driver was perfectly on time. Respected all corona measures. At the museum, the driver prepared us how the visit will go. He guided us to the entrance. After the auschwitz visit, the driver was waiting for us to take us to Birkenau. There we joined our group and visit the Birkenau site. After our visit, we were dropped off in front of our hotel. Thanks for the good service.

I have to say one of the best organised trips we have been on in a while. Our driver Slawek was in contact the day before to advise us of time of pick up and without fail he was present at the agreed location, on time. Slawek was so pleasant and knowledgeable that we chatted to him most of the journey up to Auschwitz. On arrival Slawek explained to us that we will go through security and then meet our tour guide for the day, he also asked if he could arrange lunch for us for the break between Auschwitz and Birkenau, which we agreed. The guided to tour was fascinating yet harrowing, I was particularly touched by the amount of hair and shoes that were collected and couldn't help feel emotional when we entered the gas chamber and crematorium. After seeing Auschwitz we broke for lunch where we found Slawek waiting for us with our lunch. After a bite to eat Slawek drove the short distance to Birkenau where we met with our tour guide again. Birkenau enlightened us the shear scale of what the Germans did. Once finished we met back with Slawek who drove us back to our hotel, he recommended local restaurants and places to visit which was nice. I have to say a perfectly organised trip that is very educational, everyone should do It once in there lifetime. A massive thanks to Slawek for driving us and the advice and knowledge you gave.

I booked this tour via TripAdvisor and was not disappointed. We were collected direct from our hotel promptly. Once we arrived we met our guide, were given headsets and started the tour with ease. The tour guide was exceptional , her English and her knowledge was of the highest standard. The experience of the camp was something that will stay with me for life, every person in the Western Hemisphere Thank you for a perfect tour!

Indrukwekkend bezoek. Alles was goed geregeld: vervoer van het hotel naar Auschwitz en een bijzondere gids, die niet alleen veel wist, maar het ook op de juiste toon (in goed verstaanbaar Engels) wist te vertellen.

Great tour guide. We did not tour several blocks on Auschewitz. After returning I saw others post on Instagram of very educational blocks. I do feel like I missed out on that part.
