After paying the tour value and getting the confirmation the tour agency informed me they don’t have available seat and I need to cancel my reservation,I didn’t cancel that tour as I will loose my money due to that cancellation,I am waiting Viator to refund that money I paid for tour didn’t exist !

The whole your was very emotional & eye opening but the stand out part was the guide , he was so professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend Thousand Miles , the company were first class 👍
-
Our tour guide was both informative and sensitive to the subject and emotions that naturally arise from seeing the site of tragic atrocities. Well organised, and the technical aspects of the tour worked well.
-
Very interesting tour. We were picked up from our hotel by Michał who drove us to both destinations. Michał was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was comfortable for us the whole time we went there. Once you arrive to the tour there is barely any wait. Auschwitz and Birkenau are both obligatory visits for anyone in this area.

Wow what a place this is, didn’t believe that human’s could do this to each other on this scale, guide was absolutely brilliant, telling it from the facts which are scary, visual, affect heart breaking, walking along the train lines in Birkenau is unreal, big credit to Monica for getting us there and back Safely and providing food and refreshments and additional info as we approached Auschwitz
-
Good day albeit quite harrowing Great guide at the site. Good driver, reliable and safe. The ground is uneven so anyone with poor mobility should be aware.
-
The guide was brilliant and the tour was very informative. It was a difficult and moving tour, well organised and worth attending.

These are many Auschwitz tours in Viator. I specifically booked this one with my sons as it included the documentary film during transport by bus. (Which I had done in the past) Instead we got picked up by a minibus, one hour earlier than originally booked, and no documentary film. I asked the driver about this but he replied he was just a free lance chauffeur for several agencies. I immediately sent a message via Viator to the agency, and via WhatsApp I complained to the agency with a screenshot of the tour description taken from my Viator booking description at 7.52am this morning. They promised to reply to me via e-mail. But instead of apologizing they removed the line mentioning “documentary film during transfer” from the tour description less than 4 hours later. A complete disgrace. This is NOT the tour that I booked. This agency is NOT to be trusted.
