From the private transfer to the museum itself was lovely. The driver is fab and looks after you!
The museum and tour is very informative.
Although sad and upsetting tour it was a honour to go and see it.
Easy operator, we booked last minute for a private van to and from Auschwitz and they provided quickly. Driver was pleasant And polite. The actual tour was a bit abbreviated but might have been so to our late morning pick up
Hard to rate a tour where the subject is so horrid. You must go, but you wish that the events had never happened. Saying that, the tour was excellently delivered by the museum tour operator, providing fact after fact about the events that took place here.
Everyone should go on this tour, and everyone should reflect on the events here.
This was a well arranged visit with transport from hotel and tickets to Auschwitz. One gets a complete tour of both sites with an excellent guide. A lot of ground to cover in limited time but sufficient for most people who want the experience.
One important point - if booking a child (under 15?) if you buy a Child ticket, there is NO ticket! Therefore whilst the child is admitted to the venue no radio headphones for theAuschwitz part of the guided tour are available. So better to book child as an adult for the full experience.
Excellent driver, very smooth and competent. Took us to join the tour group and made sure we knew what we were doing and where to go. Unfortunately the tour guide was not the best, although she was knowledgeable she had a droning voice and was difficult to understand. However, that being said, the whole experience was very good and well organised.
The driver Arthur did a great job of providing us information while driving us to and from Auschwitz. We learnt a lot about not only the site but also the culture and life in Poland. That's exactly what we were looking for given the short duration of our stay and this being our first time in the country.
The tour of Auschwitz itself was very informative but a little bit hurried. There is such a great volume of tourists that its hard for the guides to stop and spend a lot of time at every spot. But the guide was very open to questions and we were able to gather a lot of details from him. We also got to see both Auschwitz and Birkenau within 3-4 hours which was done efficiently.
Fantastic driver and tour guide for the day. Just a tip that you can’t take bags any bigger than 20cm and need money for the toilets.
The story of Auschwitz is very sad. It's awful to know that 1 human is capable of doing such horrid things to another human being. Our guide in Auschwitz was very good. Our driver, Igor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for taking care of us! Highly recommended
Excellent tour, my only feedback is we were not advised to bring ID to enter, luckily I had it with me!
The trip was as we expected very moving the scale of the German atrocity was so vast it is hard to take it in. Particularly sad was seeing the personal effects of the people murdered there.
As for the service provided by . We would not use them again or indeed recommend them. The driver who picked us up started chatting but lost interest very quickly and put the radio on. He sorted out our tour when we got there and sorted out a packed lunch for us which was all fine. However, on the return journey he was driving and constantly reading his texts and replying. At one point he attempted an illegal overtake on solid white line and had to suddenly brake as there was a car coming the over way. Didn’t feel safe at all and couldn’t get out of the Van quick enough when we got back
