Times are approximate: Note that times of transportation modes are fixed• 11:12am: Departure from pier No. 1 at the train station / boat station in Lucerne by ferry to Vitznau.
• 12:09pm: Arrival in Vitznau.
• 12:15pm Departure in Vitznau by cogwheel train. The train station is right opposite the ferry station.
• 12:47pm: Arrival on the top of the mountain, on Rigi Kulm.14.00 hrs: Departure from Rigi Kulm back to Vitznau by cogwheel train.
• 2:40pm: Arrival back in Vitznau.
• 2.49pm: Ferry from Vitznau in direction Lucerne.
• 3.35pm: Arrival at the ferry port "Lido/Swiss Museum of Transport", short walking to the Swiss Museum of Transport.Visit the chocolate Adventure in the Swiss Museum of Transport.
• 4:35pm Departure by ferry from the Station "Lido/Swiss Museum of Transport" to Lucerne.

Boat ride and Rigi Mt. Train and Gondola were wonderful and it was a beautiful day so scenery was excellent. However, no directions to boat from gondola were given. Had to ask street workers for directions. Chocolate adventure not worth it. Voice boxes did not work and then we were told it was too late to make our own piece of chocolate -- the one thing there we wanted to do.

The clock making was something anyone could do by walking into the store. The rest of the trip was great. Surprisingly, the chocolate adventure was very well done and informative. All in all, a great day! My advice is to print your voucher because the WiFi didn't always work.
