Very good tour, recommended, Robert was very good as a tour guide! Segovia and Avila are cities not to miss when traveling to Spain.

Great day tour, including for families with children since there are two commutes (to Segovia and then Ávila) that allow you to rest. Vanessa was a good tour guide and knew well what she shared with us. If you are in Madrid for a few days, this is a great day tour about an hour away!

Both Avila and Segovia were beautiful places- the guide was funny and interesting- maybe a little low on information but overall a worthwhile experience. Nice bus ride.

The good - this tour successfully showed us some of the highlights of Segovia and Avila which were very nice, though extremely busy with tourists and traffic. The bad - This tour had way too many people on it to be fun or efficient. I was expecting a bus tour (thus a lot of people) but when we arrived we found it was a full size double decker bus! The bus was almost entirely full and I’d estimate there were at least 80 people. To make matters worse there were at least three different tour variants crammed on the same bus and the tour was bilingual (this was expected). There was just one tour guide to manage all of this for a large fraction of the time (in Segovia they had another English guide and broke us into two groups). He did his best but having so many people and variants was simply a bad idea. Time schedule is also too tight for this many people and we felt rushed multiple times- except the time we were waiting at the after lunch meeting point because the guide had not rushed the people who had lunch included with the tour (we chose not to include lunch but had to rush through our lunch to make it to the meeting point on time). Overall they did successfully deliver but I can’t recommend this company because of the very large tour group sizes. Recommend trying a different one that doesn’t do double decker bus loads.

A great trip from Madrid, to discover the incredible cities of Segovia and Avila and their great history. Definitely a must visit
-
Great sights to see. Learned about the history of the area. The candy store was all Spanish so really didn’t understand what they were saying.
-
Too fast of a tour, barely can stop for toilet. Amazing cities. Speakers didn't work in Avila. I did enjoy it

It was a lovely experience to visit Segovia and Avila. I was amazed by the Alcazar and the aqueduct in Segovia and the medieval walls in Avila. Our tour guide Enrique was very informative. He handled our large group well and was able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Per his recommendation, I tried Ponche Segoviano which is the traditional cake in Segovia and brought home Yemas de Avila. Both tasted nice 😋. I highly recommend this tour as my family and I enjoyed it very much.

Efficient check in & boarding at offices. Just 5 English speaking out of 32 on the trip so commentary 85% Spanish - but not an issue for us. Rubbish quality headsets meant what little info for us was lost, a shame since the actual unit was fine. These need to be replaced! Guide was very experienced & covered the salient points with humour. We paid for a basic/tourist lunch, not the ‘gourmet’ but it was satisfactory.

I really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history. This tour was well organized and lasted the entire day. We rode in air conditioned business the entire way. We had time for lunch in Segovia and walked through Avila. It was a very nice day filled with history.
