it’s difficult to choose my favorite part of the safari. The entire experience was amazing! Our guide Mac was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He relayed the history of the sites and gave my group the “inside line” that only a life-long resident of Aruba would know. He knew where the wild donkeys could be found and had fruit to feed them. He gave recommendations for restaurants to find authentic Arubian food. Mac knew where and how to take the best pictures. He was a 10/10 guide. We went to a glass blowing studio where the artist made a glass Christmas ornament and explained the whole process. We were also served a delicious lunch at the studio. This safari will go to the California lighthouse, the Alta Vista chapel, the Natural Bridge, the donkey sanctuary, the glass blowing studio, and Baby Beach. Baby Beach was the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. The water was crystal blue and the sand was like white sugar. It’s a great beach for swimming or snorkeling or just lying on the beach soaking in the sun and the view.
We had Matthew as a guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and amusing. Aruba is beautiful. Our tour was organized as an excursion thru our celebrity cruise.
Albert was an amazing tour guide! He was very informative and entertaining! Would definitely book another tour with him as our guide!
Very good tour you can see most of the island I recommend going on the very first day, it will give you a very good chance tho see the island and then plan for more next days on some things you are more interested on !! We did this on our last day and wished we had time to go back on some locations!! Very pretty our driver Mac was very funny and well informed about the locations we visited!! I’m Sorry I don’t have pictures ! It’s all I’m my family phones I like to enjoy more then take pictures 🤣
Took the 4hr North ShoreJeep Off-road tour with Mr.Ivo while in town via cruise ship….excellent time!! He was not only a funny, polite and wild driver, but very informed “local” guide. Made several stops (avg 15mins each)(many offered bathroom breaks & souvenir/snack shopping). went thru a rain shower (minimal wetness) and it felt like we covered the entire island. If you can physically tolerate climbing up/down a few feet inside the jeep AND bumpy/fast rides on dirt/clay roads, then def Go Enjoy!! just wear your swimsuit under your shorts, bring camera (i also brought my snorkel) and have a BLAST! Water bottles were offered at beginning of the ride. *Tip- there are 4 seating rows; the most bumpy ride is the very rear; jeep has seat belts….. You’ll Enjoy!!
The jeep baby beach off road safari was the PERFECT combo of informative and fun all thanks to our guide Mac. He was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with and having a great guide like him is what makes the excursion worthwhile- and of course touring around Aruba! Thanks for a positive and fun experience Mac.
Mac our tour guide was amazing. Informative and personable. We had a blast. He took photos when needed.
Fast and Fun the driver was native to the island and was very informative and interesting, the sites were all over the place from the lighthouse to baby beach and all in between, a glass blowing demo with lunch, a donkey preserve, we saw many in the wild, snorkeling, and other land marks some natural some man made all, part of the history of Aruba. And some awesome pictures thanks Mac.
We had the most amazing day with Albert. He was so much fun to be around and made the trip extra special. Was definitely off road, as it had rained that morning. The mud looked like fake tan running down our legs. Albert was full of information. I couldn’t imagine doing the trip without him. If you get the chance, do it. We got lunch and even saw a glass blowing demonstration.
I thoroughly enjoyed the entire excursion. Mac was an AWESOME tour guide. The island is beautiful, and I felt like I got a chance to see it in the developed areas and the more natural habitats of the undeveloped areas. The Chapel, lighthouse, and glassblowing experience were all very nice, and all of the people we encountered at each stop were very nice and welcoming. We had a blast!
