  • We are on a private tour when arriving at distillery. There were only about 10 people in our group and the tour guide was very informative and pleasant even though she had no electricity at her home for over 45 days. Nice facility and history was interesting. Drinks for fabulous.

  • My husband and I had originally booked this tour for 9/6. However, upon arriving at our hotel on 9/4, the concierge advised us that all of our tours had been cancelled due to hurricane Irma coming in but she provided us a phone number to call. That call connected us to Jeysika of Bespoke Tours, our amazing tour guide, who offered us a tour on 9/5 if we could be available for pick up at 9am. We happily agreed, since 9/5 is our wedding anniversary. Jeysika arrived at 9am the following morning and presented me with a beautiful rose a lovely, thoughtful gesture. This turned out to be a private tour and we were able to visit Bacardi before their closing. I can't say enough about how Jeysika made this tour enjoyable and relaxing, despite the pending hurricane. She is extremely knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic. We will always remember this tour and Jeysika fondly!

  • The tour was okay. You learn the history of Bacardi and get a drink in cute cup. The souvenir shop is lacking and the theater is cold. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes; there's a lot of walking in Old San Juan and steep hills.

  • To start Jaime and Catherine were exceptional! Jaime greeted us with a hug and really spoke to us as if he had known us his whole life... he was very knowledgeable. Loved touring old San Juan and being educated on the rich history and culture. As far as the tour of barcardi it was not what I expecte

  • It was long, hot and boring. 90% of it is walking around OSJ. Go there yourself and save money. Bacardi was okay but way too short. 20 mins
Our tour guide, Hymie? Was also a bit degrading and inappropriate. Flirting and crude jokes. Um, okay.

  • Our tour guide, Norma, was superb.. really a super enjoyable tour. Look forward to doing the Rain Forest tour on our next trip.

  • Norma was fantastic!

  • Jeyseka picked us up at the cruise terminal on time with a Mercedes van which was very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the old town, the Cathedral and former Convent, and the distillery. She was very accommodating regarding the time for shopping, and seeing the fort which was not part of the tour, but is worth seeing.

  • Great half day tour of Old San Juan and Bacardi. I would definitely recommend this tour as soon so you can to get a general feeling of where you are at and where to go. Plus, you can get a great history tour. By all means ask for James as your your guide. Great person, well versed in the history of San Juan, clearly proud of his city and country. He made a great tour even better.

  • Jeysika was very nice and helpful. I only wish the tour had covered more of Old San Juan. We didn't go to the old fort, so we had to go back on our own to see it.
