Rio was prompt to collect us from our Villa in Sanur. He is so professional & friendly. His car was spotless. We went to a jewellery making class in Ubud that was excellent. Followed by coffee plantation tasting - yummy! Then to Omma Day Club. Next level luxury day! Loved every minute of our day. Thank you Rio!!

Wah was so friendly and informative !! Brilliant tour, would highly recommend to anyone, can spend as much time as you would like at each place x

Great day out. Visited lots of places and our tour guide, Wah, was amazing. Would recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful time with Wah as our guide. I loved that the days were planned and personalised according to our interests and not your usual ‘pick a tour of the brochure’ approach. We loved learning about the local culture and Wah was genuinely interested in what he was showing us which made the days so much fun. I would highly recommend reaching out the these guys if you want something memorable.

Ubud is a beautiful place, we have had a lovely lunch at the Tropical Views, the Nasi Goreng is very good. After lunch, we proceeded to view the rice padi and shop along the two sides of the road whereby there are shops selling different things. I walked into one of the shops, the first thing the shop keeper asked is where I come from. I saw some batik dresses to bring home for my mom, the asking price was high so I was planning to walk out of the shop, the shop keeper pull me back in and offered 25% of the asking price. I bought one and the shop keeper told me that she has to feed her family and asked me to buy another, I choose the color and paid. The shop keeper quickly put the two dresses into a black plastic bag and made two dead knots. We went back to the hotel in the late afternoon. I need to cut open the bag to retrieve the dresses and found the second dress is full of holes. For all travelers, please do check all your goods before you pay as my trust in people has led to disappointment.

We got to see all the main areas of Bali that was on our last. Air conditioned car which is great for the journey in between each area. Guide was very friendly and dropped us at each point, showed us to where begin and left us to explore and waited for us to return to the car.

After spending first day touring Bali as part of a 25 member tour, it was an unexpected treat to spend an all-day fun filled day in Ubud with our outstanding private guide Wah of Rio Bali Tours. He tailored stops to focus on areas we wanted to spend more time at such as Satria Walak coffee, the Monkey Forest and Ubud Tegalalang Rice Terrace. Wah provided us with history and local information. Day passed by too quickly. Highly recommend Rio Bali tours.
