  • Great experience in Barbados...snorkling tour was fantastic, Pirates' Cove was a great beach club, great beach...all in all, a great excursion.

  • We got off our cruise ship and easily located the sign for our tour. We boarded a bus that took us to the beach. Upon arrival, we were given wristbands 1 for the snorkeling trip and another for our beach lounge chair and a card for a drink at the bar. We quickly boarded the boat for our 9 am snorkeling trip. The boat was VERY nice! It was clean, had a glass bottom portion for viewing and a water slide! Our first stop was to look for turtles. I was happy that we saw 1 turtle it was down deep, but right below us. After a few minutes of observing, we got back on the boat and headed to the shipwreck. There were beautiful fish everywhere! Swimming RIGHT in front of our faces and around us. It was very interesting. After snorkeling, we boarded the boat again and went for a nice little cruise while enjoying our included rum punch! When we returned to the beach, we had reserved beach lounges waiting and got to relax and redeem our drink voucher. It was so nice and relaxing. I would definitely do this same excursion again and highly recommend!

  • Loved the boat, snorkel and beautiful beach area. The crew were very good. Found the washroom accommodations very under par at the beach. Food area alittle tacky. Would do again for the boat and beach.

  • Everyone was so nice and caring. We felt we were in excellent hands on this trip. Fun!

  • Perfect day! We were greeted and cruise terminal and taken to the beach for our snorkel tour. The boat, Tranquility, was awesome brand new and had a slide. Crew was great. Enjoyed the beach the rest of the day with chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend.

  • This tour had the same description as the one offered by the cruise line, but for a lower price. We were met on shore as described, but had to sit on the bus while 3 stops were made to pick up and drop off passengers for another excursion. The Pirate's Cove beach was lovely, with the softest sand ever and very gradual entry into the ocean, nice lounge chairs, palm frond umbrellas, decent restrooms and showers, and our excursion also included a drink ticket. The crew on the snorkeling boat was very friendly and helpful, we were fortunate to see 6 turtles at the first stop and tons of fish at the shipwreck site. The boat even had a water slide off the back, which was an added treat. My only disappointment was that the snorkel portion was supposed to last 1-1/2 hours, but we were returned to shore after about 70 minutes. We would have been happy to have more time in the beautiful water and time for more than one drink on the way back. After we got off the boat, the crew anchored not far from shore and stayed there for the next couple of hours. I would still recommend this excursion.

  • Great beach experience! Two easy, short snorkeling trips. Then, beautiful swimming on the beach. Everything was very well run and friendly. Bus was on-time, check-in was quick. Snorkeling guides were friendly and well organized, with good equipment.

See the young turtles at the first snorkeling stop was fun. It was in a marina/anchorage area. But we were the only snorkeling tour. Good view of the turtles. They were just swimming around eating. Small young ones. You could dive down to see them closer, if you wanted too.

Second snorkeling stop was a sunken boat Tugboat. Very interesting. Good view of many kinds of fish. Both snorkeling stops were short and easy. No current or anything else to worry about -- clear water.

Beach was beautiful for swimming. Bar was good, perhaps a little slow and crowded. But very good experience overall. Trip included beach chairs, umbrella, and one free drink.

    Overall: Highly Reccomended

  • This beach is very close to the cruise port. Gently shelving sand and good water sport facilities are the good points. A rather scruffy entrance to the beach and a backdrop of industrial units are the downside.

  • Our driver was great, sorry I forgot your name. There's just so much time wasted waiting for other people to. Saw one turtle on our way back from snorkeling it was beautiful. Snorkeling on the shipwreck was a lot of fun.

  • While the Beach was very nice, it was in an industrial part of Barbados... kinda ruins the ambiance. The Turtle snorkel took far too long, as we were out for almost 2 hours and saw only 1 small turtle. The boats we went out on were old very dumpy pontoon boats... and we were worried it was going to sink given the patches on the toons.
