Our flight from DEN to FRA was delayed by 4hr due to maintenance. Before leaving DEN and about 13hr before planned pick-up in BCN to change. They would not but said I could pay a new fee in addition to my original non-refundable charge. I called them again in FRA and another agent was even more disrespectful. I understand the 24hr requirement, however, for transportation no one has ever been this un-cooperative. We had 6 transfers arranged this trip -- I will not use Viator again.

The driver was very helpful and courteous. Yes --- our nearly three-hour flight delay was monitored, because there he was, smiling and holding the sign with our name. He was pleasant in spite of our luggage and gave some tourist information when asked. The car was clean and comfortable.

I flew to Barcelona during the recent protests and was concerned that my driver might not show because of the region-wide general strike, and if he did would not be able to get me to my central hotel because of the protesters. He was at the airport promptly, and really knew his was through and around the protesters. After four attempts, he was able to get me to my hotel safe and sound.

A very polite, efficient driver who gave us the VIP treatment in a comfortable van. The only issue is his insistence at traveling well over the speed limit for portions of the trip. (Otherwise he was a safe driver.)

Getting through with baggage pick up took more than the given half hour wait. Left to fend for ourselves and find an alternate transport to hotel. You took my money though. At 81 and 74 years young traveling with oxygen l specifically requested they wait for us. Thanks

Our flight was over an hour late but our driver was there awaiting our arrival. He was wonderful and very informative about his city as he drove us to our hotel. You could tell he was very proud of his city, Barcelona, and delightful.

Even though our plane landed and changed terminals after I call customer service they contacted our driver and had him come to the new terminal.

It took a phone call to the company to locate our driver but we finally connected and had a satisfactory transfer to our apartment.
