The first part of the visit consists of a guided walking tour through the small and narrow streets of the Gothic quarter, the oldest part of the city.

    The tour covered a lot and maybe too much in the time we had. We felt a little rushed. We would strongly suggest audio at La Granada Familia because we couldn’t always hear our guide.

    This trip was not advertised properly. We booked what we thought was an 8 am-6:45 pm tour, but it’s actually 2 tours split. Also, the time spent on the view of the city, is roughly 90% of the morning for a picture that could take 15 minutes. The afternoon tour of the park was nice, but that took from 3:30-5 to get from sagrada to the park. Thankfully we did sagrada on our own the day before. It just doesn’t really have any time to do anything justice. This was a group for mostly older people who had trouble walking so it took so long to get from 1 point to another. I just don’t recommend it. It’s not worth your time if you’re here for a short visit. Go on your own.

    We didn’t really get to go inside many places- paying £45 to be taken outside areas you could visit on foot or metro. We learned some interesting bits but wouldn’t do it again. Some bits we were told seemed to be just to fill time, very long tiring day.

    The tour was very good and covered a lot of the highlights of the city. The second half was spent on Gaudi. I didn't feel it was worthwhile to tour only the outside of Sagrada Familia. When I emailed the operator, I was told there would be time to visit inside and purchased tickets separately, but there wasn't. This was a big miss in my opinion and less time could have been spent at the park. I also think there should be a better way to see the apartments than just walking past them. The guides were great.

    In my opinion, the tour was nice and enough to learn and immerse in Catalan culture for one day. It is combined with walking, bus and a lift ride up the palace. Our afternoon tour guide was amazing and passionate about history and his culture. He gives you additional insights and tips on restaurants and sites to visit on your own. It would’ve been worth the price had they added one free tapas lunch, not optional (it’s not the cheapest tour) but other than that it was good. Loved walking around town and seeing Barcelona in the best views.

    The tour should have been better organised and timed out. The 1st tour guide did not take us to the top of the castle view because time was short - she should have managed the time better. Also we booked an English tour and somehow there was one Spanish speaking person so the tourguided was speaking in both languages therefore wasting valued time. The 2nd Artistic tour was poorly managed because the tour guide did not have an identifyer in a crowded area so we lost her an missed a major part of the tour. It was also very rushed with short commentary on sites. There was a differently abled lady that did not know about the walking tour part and she was not comfortable at all and there were no assistance for her. Definitely some room for improvement. At least give the artistic tour lady a Julias sign. That way you get advertising and a signal for the customers when the areas get very crowded

    In this day we had 2 guides.The one in the morning very inexperience showing us harts instead of telling us of the history of the place we visit.I understand that she is working there only for 2 months .The whole bed experience change in the afternoon when we have been lucky to meet Cristina Maky.Very nice presence exceptional knowledge and the will to make us love what she loves.I did not have time to go to the agency to make those comments to Julia.The 2nd day we had the 3rd guide ...very nice but instead to go with us inside for explanation of Dali work the way others guides they have been doing ...let us wonder by our self.It is very important the quality and knowledge of those guides and I think that your company should make a point about that.It is not enough to go around the city ...but for those trips we did need explanations of places we see

    Paid for a tour in English but it ended up being in English and Spanish. Since the guide was a native Spanish speaker she was far more comfortable conversing in her own language so English tourists got about 1/5 of the information. Very frustrating.
