Our tour with Andrei was, in a word, fun! As a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, he navigated us effortlessly through the bustling Barcelona streets, bringing the city’s history to life in a way that no textbook ever could. One of the highlights was his intimate knowledge of Antoni Gaudí. Andrei illuminated us with many intriguing details about Gaudi's personal life, including little-known anecdotes about his relationship with the bourgeoisie and his unique vision of the city. These details were not something you would typically find in official guidebooks or on the internet. Equally fascinating was the ease and comfort of our ride. The e-bikes provided for the tour were top-notch, ensuring a smooth journey through the city's diverse neighborhoods. Covering Barcelona's enchanting districts for four hours was an effortless pleasure with these bikes, making us feel invigorated rather than fatigued. Andrei also provided a vivid explanation of the contemporary political landscape in Spain, focusing on the nuanced relationship between Catalonia and the rest of Spain. His insightful commentary on the Spanish people and their ethos was enlightening, giving us a deeper understanding of the local culture. Additionally, his food recommendations were spot on. The spots he pointed out during our tour ended up being gastronomic treasures, with authentic Catalan dishes that were absolutely delightful. The only slight disappointment was missing out on a ride around Barceloneta, which would have added an extra layer of magic to the tour. However, considering all the fascinating insights and experiences Andrei offered, this was only a minor footnote to an otherwise memorable trip. Andrei's e-bike tour was not just a journey through Barcelona’s narrow streets and extensive cycle paths, but an in-depth exploration of the city’s heart and soul. It was an experience that went beyond the standard tourist fare, and one that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique perspective on this vibrant city, especially if you’re on your first visit there!

Andrei took us on our bike tour and he was amazing!!! He was able to give us a great tour, tell us some history about Barcelona, and keep a pace that we could all stay together, without going too fast or too slow. We had time to ask questions and really got a great feel for the city and its layout. I usually do a double decker bus tour, but this was even better!!! My entire family enjoyed it (ages 62, 59, 21, 20).

The cycle tour was probably the highlight of my weekend in Barcelona! I’ve never done one before and will definitely look them up in other cities now . We covered a lot of ground and Andrei was very knowledgeable on the history of the town and even had a folder of visual material . The city has fantastic cycle lanes and dedicated traffic lights so it felt very safe. I would recommend and so would my two friends.
