My driver was great, we were ready earlier than expected so I texted him and he came right away so we didn’t have to wait long at all.

We, unfortunately, had a misunderstanding of time. We needed to be picked up at 8:45am at the cruise terminal, but when I confirmed the day before, they had us down at 1:45pm. While the people at Viator tried to help us, it was less than 24 hours before our transfer. I contacted the operator through the app and while it did take a little bit of time for them to get back to me they did make the exception and was able to pick us up at the terminal cruise port at 8:45. Everything went smoothly from there. My suggestion is that you confirm all dates and times when transfers prior to leaving.

The ride did not show up on time and I had to pay a taxi to get me to the airport on time. Feel I deserve a refund.

The taxi never show at the time was requested by us 6:30am after sent it 3 messages to Viator and the taxi company, after waiting for 15min we decided to take a taxi to airport since our fly was early, please review my e-mail send to you for received a full reimbursement. Thank you

He was late, and then drove like a fool speeding to make up for it. It was an unpleasant experience for my family.

seems there was a mix up as to where we were to be picked up - literally got off the cruise ship and walked out of the terminal - told we were in front of the Hotel Marina and the hotel manager phoned - we did neither of those things. Asked someone loading the Azamara transfer bus for help and he called twice on our behalf - in the end he allowed us on their bus so we wouldn't miss our flight. A refund is in order.

I scheduled the transfer from the cruise Terminal for 8:30am. I arrived at the agreed upon terminal and spot at 8:15am, waited 30 minutes, then called and they indicated the time set was for 10:10am. This was by no means communicated by me or to me before calling. They indicated they had sent a follow up requesting the time I wanted to be picked up, but no such request was received. I requested a refund, but that request was denied and did not really consider at all the context of what I was describing. They adjusted the time without calling me or leaving a message (my phone was active the entire trip) and they didn't pay any attention at all to the information I provided in my original booking. Very much disappointed in Viator for allowing one of their providers to provide such poor service without a method for recourse. My refund request was denied with little to no review. I have now disputed with my credit card company instead.
