We paid for a 7 day tour starting in Barcelona ending in Madrid. The bus, the local guides, the hotels all very good. The planning and communication of Julia Travel was poor at best. Day 1. Arrive in Barcelona. Driver picked us up. Nice hotel. Tour sch for 8 am Sat. We had to go to the tour office. Print out in hand no one knew where it was. That was Fri night. Sat. Morning new front desk guy said. It was across town. At least 20 min. Breakfast inc. at hotel. Except breakfast starts at 730. Tour at 8. No time. Pay for a cab. The darn office is a tiny little place at the bus station. Tour was real good. Tried to confirm at office if our ride would be there Sunday morning to take us to the train station. She couldn't confirm. Gave us a 24 hr number that no one answered until 6 a.m. on Sun. That was the first 24 hours. Lots of similar incidents during the week. Time to leave Madrid after a week. Driver never showed. Another 30 in cab fare.

Carolina (Caroline) was fantastic. She made sure we were always pointed in the right direction (not that simple) and seemed to genuinely love her job. This tour is highly recommended.

Super! Tour started a bit late, no fault of the tour guide Roger. Very professional, very knowledgable and very friendly. Group was not that large so everything went well

This tour is very great for People who want to know more about Barcelona, mainly first comers. Our guide, *Caroline* , made it easier for all of us, since we were a large group. Her explanations were clear. She definetely knows a lot about the region. And her availability was outstanding.

I booked the said tour through Klook. Everything went fine even if we weren't able to ride the cable car due to the strong wind (understable and not their fault) HOWEVER, on the last part where we went inside Pablo Español after Montjuic, the tour guide and the bus left us! The tour guide, Lores, never explained to us and only told one of our friends, who unfortunately lost his ticket to enter Poble Español, that since we have entry to Poble Español, we were not eligible for the drop off point as laid out in the tour description. I spoke to Karen on their customer service for about an hour and she explained that on their website, it does say on it that we aren't eligible for the return however, i told her i booked thru klook, that in klook it said nothing about it and asked why we were not told when i showed the Klook voucher at the start and obviously, why our Guide, Lores, never cared or thought about informing ALL of us before we went inside the Pablo, instead just briefly told my friend who was left outside the pablo and just set off. This didn't just happened to us but with a family of three as well who did not book thru their website or thru klook but by other means! I pleaded for them to book all of us a taxi going to the drop off point stated in tour as it was unfair on our part due to them misscommunitcating with us but they wouldn't do so. NEXT, Karen even told me that we had to go back to their office from the Pablo on our own to return the headset speaker device we used on our tour. Talk about another wtf moment!BUT WAIT, whats worst was, when i told them that my group and the family of three are not willing to return to go back to their office just to return their device, that was the only time they agreed to book us a taxi at their expense, back to their office to primarily give them back their devise. TALK ABOUT A SELFISH COMPANY POLICY. NO TOURIST DESERVES THIS KIND OF TREATMENT AND THE DISTRESS AND FRUSTRATION IT CAUSED BE IT AT START, MIDDLE OR WORST, END OF THE TOUR😡🤬

While the tour was pretty good and we were able to see a good deal of the city and hear about it's history; It was highly unacceptable that the tour guide left us, and at a separate time another group behind; we had to call the main office (placed on hold for 20 min.), take a cab to a meeting spot, and eventually reconnect with the tour guide. When we met up with her she was unapologetic and made excuses as to how she went looking for us, but could not find us. Maybe with a good tour guide the experience would have been great but not with the one we had; if you sign up for it, don't wear sandles and bring your walking shows, there is a lot of walking.
