We leave the local seaport through Ushuaia bay, while we enjoy the mountaineous surroundings, we’re bound towards one of our city’s icons: Les Eclaireurs lighthouse.
We wonder at the Rock Cormorants and we watch on the rocky cliffs. On other islands we will find fur seals. We visit the “De los Pájaros” island inhabited by Royal and Imperial Cormorants, among other birds.
We sail to one of the Bridges Isles, were we can find the biggest Yamana’s “concheros” (shell deposits) and splendid views of the Chilean and Argentinean shores. We disembark to go on a stroll down a path where flora and birds are interpreted along the archeological remains found there.
- Navigation on the Beagle Channel from departure. Before coming back to Ushuaia, stop on Bridges
